One to Avoid
Check-in clerk was the highlight of the stay. The room contained a mix assortment of furniture. The area under the recliner hadn't been swept since the room was declared smokeless judging by the crumbs and lighter I found. The tacking on the quilt was coming undone. The pillows were inadequate. The desk chair was stained. The vending machines were out of order The bathroom sink had a liner with a quarter-sized whole. The towel rack was loose on one end.

The hotel was in a great location
I was at the hotel because of a church conference.The hotel was in a great location. Lots of resturants and plenty of stores for shopping were in walking distance. I could get to my destination in less than 10 min. When making my reservation I asked for a room on the 1st fl. When I arrived, my room was on the 2nd fl. I mentioned it to the desk clerk and by 9am the next morning I was changed to a room on the 1st fl. with no problem. The rooms were clean and comfortable and I slept very well. I changed a few things around to accommodate me but that was my choice. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only thing that could use some attention in my opinion was the recliner in my room; it was a little bit dingy and could have used some cleaning. An iron and ironing board would have been nice also. Other than that my stay was very pleasing.

The price that I paid was very affordable for me and I didn't have to drive a long distance to get to anything.

It was ok...
It was in a nice location and the rooms were clean but the beds were VERY uncomfortable. My 8 year old said, "that was the worst breakfast EVER" and breakfast is his favorite meal! The lady at the front desk didn't seem to care that it was running out of food and the waffle maker didn't work right.

Good enough!
We used the hotel only at nights to return to sleep to get out again in the morning. The location is good; have fast food s close to eat, and stores to buy anything that you could need. If I return to Lumberton and they have the lower price for the room I will stay there again.

Get what you pay for
Found Wi-fi helpful. Fridge was nice feature at this price point, but was very noisy. Bed was comfortable. King room was fairly large. Fine TV, but no channel listing. Attended several meetings in the area, one at nearby motel which was at least $30 more per night. So, for one night this served its purpose. Would not choose it for a long stay. Was near lots of dining places. Main issue was poor contintental breakfast. No breads atof any kind, just few small donuts. Sign on wall apologizing for the lack of same appeared faded, suggesting they might not ever have any, period. Thus, only coffee, juice, and two types of cereal, one being for kids. Not up to par for calling it a breakfast.
