The Ramada Jacksonville is like no other in the Jacksonville/Lejeune area. We are an exterior corridor hotel located directly on highway 17 and only 5 miles from Camp Lejeune. Also in the area is Topsail Beach which is only 20 minutes away. We are within minutes from several great restaurants, shopping centers and the Jacksonville Mall. We also have a limited complimentary shuttle service for our guests to and from area military bases and the local airport. Military bases nearby are: Camp Lejeune, Camp Johnson; New River Air Station and Camp Geiger. You will truly enjoy our guest rooms; each is equipped with microwave, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, hair dryer, iron and iron board. Once you have settled into your room, you will want to escape to the courtyard where you can relax by the largest pool in Jacksonville or you may want to enjoy a game of horseshoes. In the courtyard you will also find a playground for the children to enjoy while mom and dad cook dinner on the outdoor grills. Please note that there is a 24hour advance cancellation policy.

great experience staying here

We stayed here on May 4th -May 6th. Check in was a breeeze...very very friendly. We had a slight problem with the air conditioner and they sent someone up immediately..( the table was blocking the air flow...COLD AC I must say) any needs we had they were more than accomodating and actually friendly to help out...Never had a towel problem we asked for more (had 4 people in the room) and they gave us more right away...We were very comfortable and will definitely stay there again...very close to Camp Lejeune..

Shopping tip: Short drive from hotel

Walmart is right down the road I think it is 4 red lights down the road on the left..HUGE Superwalmart...McDonalds across the street...a bojangles chicken place, waffle house on the parking lot...very friendly

Perfect little Ramada

Not what I expected, but was extremely happy with what I found. The staff was very friendly, I have stayed in Jacksonville several times in the past two years and this staff by far is the best. Room was clean and breakfast was nice and plentiful. Will definately stay here again.

Alright for last minute

As far as a Ramada hotel I was highly disappointed, staff isn't very friendly, and I did get harassed by some guests. Also disappointed with furnishings of the room looks nice from street than inside.

Very nice for the price

My son and I spent two nights in this motel and were pleased. The lobby is very nice and staff was very helpful, answered any questions and made us feel welcome, even with complimentary gift bags. The room itself was very clean, beds were comfy, shower/bath was amazing, and I was pleased to have a refrigerator and microwave. The only drawbacks were that the door had a slight gap around it, even when locked, and the bathroom floor was a little sticky. All in all, I would definitely recommend the place to a friend!

Perfect for my needs

Another stay at the Ramada Jacksonville and again everything was just fine. I love the drive up rooms and the staff is always so pleasant. I never see bugs in my room at this hotel as per some of the other comments. Sure like the fact that Waffle House is located on site.

not pleased

There was no shampoo, no extra toilet paper. Towels, while clean, were old and should be replaced. One bed was not flat, leaning and had to use the lumpy pillows to keep me from falling backward. If I come back to Jacksonville, I will look for another hotel.

Served a purpose

The hotel was a older one and you could tell. The door to the room wouldn't open right and thebed spread had cigarette burns in it. The staff when we askedfor more pillows could only give us two more and that was the next day.
