Biltmore
when I noticed my TV did not work, I tried to call front desk but phone did not work either. They graciously gave me a new room, which was not cleaned from previous guest, 3rd room was a lot smaller but things worked..

Can't beat the hotel for the price
Great Hotel...Can't beat it for the price....just as good as embassy minus the hot break feast bar.

So happy about this hotel
The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean and pretty. We did have a little problem but the hotel staff took care of it right away. The air conditioning in our room was not working so we went downstairs to ask if there was something we could do and they upgraded us to a King size room at no charge. The staff was incredibly friendly and I would definitley stay there again.

Avoid the cruise room
We got there at midnight and were shocked when we got to our room. It was a joke with very little room. The queen matress was on a twin box spring so hung over the edges. We complained and got a decent room, but the low price suckered us to this off brand. Next time will stick with a known chain.

nice hotel, good price
The room was nice but a could use some updating. Not bad at all for the price. The bathroom needs renovation. For one thing there was no ventilation fan but it was clean.

Biltmore
I had a jacuzzi room. The Jacuzzi did not look like something I wanted to sit down in. My girlfriend and I were bitten by fleas or some kid of bug when on the bed. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable to sleep on and gave us both a sore back. The room was not vacuumed and the carpet had a very unpleasant smell coming from a corner near the couch. The lights in the bathroom went out the last day of our stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and wished I picked something else.
