What a difference a room makes....????
I have stayed here before, but this time was a bit dissapointing. I was in a different room than last time and WOW what a difference. Not as clean or comfortable as the last one. I could have asked to be moved, but by the time I checked in it was late and I just wanted to end my day. I am baffled when a hotel has this issue where some rooms seem to be better cared for than others.....odd thing is when they are not full why not just rent those that are at their best???? I would still recommend, but be aware of the difference in some rooms and do not feel odd if you need to request a move to another one.

Biltmore
when I noticed my TV did not work, I tried to call front desk but phone did not work either. They graciously gave me a new room, which was not cleaned from previous guest, 3rd room was a lot smaller but things worked..

Access to I40 and the Greensboro Coliseum was good. There are many resturants in close proximity.

Can't beat the hotel for the price

So happy about this hotel
The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean and pretty. We did have a little problem but the hotel staff took care of it right away. The air conditioning in our room was not working so we went downstairs to ask if there was something we could do and they upgraded us to a King size room at no charge. The staff was incredibly friendly and I would definitley stay there again.

Avoid the cruise room
We got there at midnight and were shocked when we got to our room. It was a joke with very little room. The queen matress was on a twin box spring so hung over the edges. We complained and got a decent room, but the low price suckered us to this off brand. Next time will stick with a known chain.
