Great hotel!
Always a great place to stay. The beds are so comfortable. You even get a free breakfast and complimentary cocktails. How can you beat this?!?

Four night stay
The cleaning and wait staff were pleasant. The hotel management was not pleasant. Breakfast was good. The beds were uncomfortable. The pool was cold. The hotel location allowed easy access and parking.

good experience, people were very nice. hotel is past it's prime, carpets outside the room, dirty and old. Odd cleaning practices, coffee maker not emptied, beds not changed, otherwise O.K.

Great Value
Had to ask for a room change due to electric motors outside the window on the second floor. The staff was great in trying to find me a better room. One night later rooms they were able to put me on the 4th floor which was very quiet. The free breakfast buffet is a great bonus. Had a tasty and very reasonably priced steak dinner last night in their restaurant. I look forward to returning each year to this hotel to attend the Int'l Custom Rod Building Exposition which is held at the convention center across the street. Very convenient and very nice staff.

Might be ok during market weeks
Our room was too warm and the air conditoning would only work on one temperature. There was not enough hot water in the morning for a shower. I now understand that High Point is hopping twice a year for furniture market so the hotels may be kind of shut down otherwise.

Big Space
Was there on business for one night, and I wish it could've been longer. So much space and a huge bed. Parking pass is a great idea. Con - weather was kinda bad which made the cable kinda spotty at times. Where's the microwave Shower was excellent Thanks
