Nice to be greeted by Americans!!!
It's not a bad place. It's clean, the rooms are huge and it's located near the mall and several resturantes.Only complaint is the stairways are kind of dirty and scuffed up. I paid $85 I would have been happier paying $65-75.

Tired but liveable
The staff was friendly. Second story rooms are internal access but no elevator. Bottom floor rooms are accessed from exterior doors. The breakfast was included and the area was clean. The hallways are tired and look dirty and dingy.

Great Hotel!
The room is spacious--great for three kids trapped in a car all day. Breakfast was one of the reasons we stayed and it was pretty good. We will look to stay in this hotel again!

Several restaurants around--Outback, Chick-Fil-A all within a short distance. Probably could walk to a couple, but you'd have to cross a four-lane highway.

survey should be about orbitz, not hotel
No more Obitz to book hotels...
I didn't go... I called the hotel on the number provided by Orbitz and they offered to cancel the hotel for me at no charge if I wasn't going to make it. I called back later to confirm, when they realized I booked thru a prepaid plan, they could not cancel so I completely lost out. I understand the policy, etc. but Orbitz seemed to take the flexiblity out of the hotels decision making. I've had similar problems in the past, but with changes... Unfortunately, the itenary didn't have orbitz direct contact info...

Friendly/Clean/Needs Updating
Friendly desk staff, decent free breakfast, met basic needs, facility a bit 'tired' but close to services and Convention Center where I had business. I was a late registrant for the conference and there were no rooms available elsewhere.

friendly
This is the first time stayed in a suite. it is very comfortable. the hotel is very closed to dinning places. Very please with location.
