The Quality Inn hotel in Henderson, North Carolina is near Maria Parham Medical Center and Vance County Historical Museum. The hotel is directly off of Interstate 85. Hotel amenities include free wireless high-speed Internet access, an outdoor seasonal pool and a restaurant. All guest rooms include coffee makers, desks, flat-screen televisions and safes. Upon request microwaves and refrigerators are available for any room. Pets Allowed 20.00 USD per night per pet. 50.00 USD Refundable Deposit required. Maximum 2 pets per room up to 40 pounds.

Traveling through..

The room was clean and neat and provided all the amenities needed. The room was warm when I arrive, windows had been left open, and it did take a while to cool down.. Close to restaurants. I would recommend to others and would stay again.

Quick to over charge, slow to remedy.

Room was comfortable, however mold stained bathtub is a turn off; I was double-charged for room and when I spoke to manager to fix, she told me it would take 24 hours to work on. When I told her it was not acceptable, she went on break. I had to make phone calls from the lobby to get information she needed (while she was on break). After being in the lobby for over an hour waiting, the resolution? I'm to get a refund in 5-7 days. Throughout process the manager complained of being tired and having to cover for vacationing GM. After I left, an authorization hold was placed on my card for the total amount of room. Therefore, I left there without access to about $240 of my money, partly to be refunded in a week, and partly to be released 48 hours or more. It should be noted that my room was paid in full 5 days in advance. Unprofessional, incompetent staff to say the least.

Good nights stay

Pet Friendly,

It was a good room for late night check in, so we had little expectations. Liked the place, breakfast was good. Pets ran amok, and the front desk person did nto loose his smile, amazing. I really appreciated that.

GREAT HOTEL

I was very happy with my stay here. Front desk checked me with a smile and offered to carry my stuff to room. I was simply shocked to see a nice new look room. Best Quality Inn I have been to. Loved it. Breakfast was not the greatest, but its free, and I am not complaining.

Great overnight stay

Stopped by this highway hotel and it was great. Really liked the way rooms look, and they were clean, which mattered a lot to me as I had the baby with me... Loved the place and staff was extermely helpful with the baby. They offered free crib, which was great.

Peaceful and Serene

I am moving south and had to stayover for a night and I cannot forget the peace i enjoyed by the pool. The hotel was calm and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped me get to my destination, faxed my papers and room was absolutely gorgeous. We had plans to go out to eat, but the restaurant onsite serves great food so we walked to eat in our flip flops... great place.. I will come back!!

Its like second home to me

I have stayed many times at Quality Inn in last 5 weeks every time I come to Henderson on business. The hotel is very friendly to business travelers. I get early breakfast and great service with a smile. The rooms are new and clean. Lots of room to park our service trucks, as they have a large parking lot. I have stayed at other hotels in town but this one takes service seriously. I plan to continue to stay here in future. Highly recommend it!!
