Days Inn Havelock

Room was not up to par , sheets were stained even though they had been washed , ac very noisey , carpet next to one of the beds had an area cut out of it the same size of an iron . Over all I would not be staying here again unless improvements had been done to this room . One morning in the area for breakfast the room was so hot you could hardly stand it .

Wasn't bad nor great but it was a place to stay and it had a pool.

The sstaff was great! I would be staying here all time. I loved it!

needs updated !! paid 80 but was only worth 40. Service was good but room was not.

For what I paid for the room, it was ok. We didn't spend a lot of time there, so it was worth it. We left from there and went to Beaufort, Morehead City, Atlantic Beach and Fort Macon. The room was clean. The beds were hard, so I had difficulty sleeping. The condition of the room itself needs a bit of an upgrade (the grout in the tile was cracked and the caulking was done so sloppily that it caught my eye). The shower kept changing temperatures on me. The fluorescent lighting over the sink in the bathroom was scary (it had a green tint). The pool was very clean and enjoyable. Other good things - it was a big room with a good size fridge and microwave and it's close to a grocery store so we didn't have to eat out if we didn't want to. Free wi-fi is also a bonus!

Our family went on a spur of the moment trip to the Atlantic Ocean for the weekend. [...] Days Inn hotel was in a convenient location to the beach, nice and clean room, kids loved the continental breakfast and pool.

Out stay was very inexpensive. The motel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The Days Inn in Haveloc is very outdated and could definitely use some cosmetic work, i.e., new paint on walls, new carpeting, etc., but overall experience was A-ok.

This hotel is desperately in need of major renovations. Looks like interior hasn't been touched since the 1970's. Really dirty, gross bed covers. Stuff on carpet which is buckled. Gross smell (mold?) in room, strong. Really noisy most of the night. Sounded like a frat party was going on in many rooms, loud music, people yelling, cars screeching in parking lot.

Was there for air show. For the money, the room was clean,however there was a mix up and we were given a room allowing smoking. Hotel was full so there was no changing it. It was extremely smelly from smoke residue. Front desk personnel I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful, but some housekeeping staff were anything but.

This hotel is worth the money. The rooms are small and leave a bit to be desired. However, the rooms had a mini-fridge and a microwave. And it's only 20 minutes away from the beach and near a couple of restaurants. I had no problems with the staff, the noise, or the cleanliness. This hotel fit my needs of somewhere to sleep when I went to the beach.
