Saw roaches as soon as I stepped into the room, the AC worked but it was way too loud for anyone other than a heavy sleeper. The dead bolt was broken off, the room door as well as the bathroom door have been kicked in before that was clear to see.
Room service neglected to properly close the room door so I came back to a room that had been unlocked all afternoon. I paid in advance it served it's purpose for what I needed but I will never stay here again.
My experience was horrible. There were cigarette burn marks on the bedspread (in a non-smoking room), the room itself smelled horrible and strange, the bed was incredibly lumpy, AND there were people being loud on the walkway outside of the room.
I realize that people can get loud, but the people running the hotel did nothing to deal with the noise.
I was also told by another patron that there is a "good side" and a "bad side" of this hotel to stay in. That's a problem!
I ended up not staying here at all; I asked for a full refund, got it, and went to another hotel instead. I will not return to this place.
This was much better before it became the Rodeway Inn.
Very dirty, roaches scattered as we walked up the steps into the room. Would've rather stayed in my car. Rates were inflated due to home football game. Supply and demand I get it, but this is one hotel that would be lucky to get $20 a night.
the room was clean but in need of repairs, cracked sink, lumpy saging bed ,tub was in bad shape. The outside of the building was trashy, refuse all over dirt and trash all on the stairs. I will not use again.
