The room was supposed to be non smoking however it was obviously used as a smoking room. There was an ashtray on the bedside table and the smell in the room was horrible. There was some type of roach in the toilet as well. The person at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful however when the lobby began to fill with guests waiting for a room he was obviously rattled and therefore was very slow. My key card did not work and I had to return to the desk to get it fixed.

Better than expected!
I didn't expect such a nice, spacious room for such a low, low price! It was great! I would definitely stay there again

Greedy owner!
Tricky owner operates this convenient place. He charged my roommate extra money with no reason, saying that will be refunded soon. That had to be done by disputing it with the help of credit card company. He is a liar! Greedy! Ugly! The motel has no change since Nov, 2007 with noisy floor and dirty carpet. Ladies at front desk are friendly.

Good deal for the price
Although I was in a non-smoking room that had a slight smoke smell, this was a satisfactory room for a one night stay. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was polite, and the price was great. Of course, there were few amenities. I will probably stay here again. Plenty of restaurants nearby and convenient to I-40.

Great stay
This hotel was welcoming and welcomed my pets. I really enjoyed staying here and will stay here again.

Met minimum requirements
We needed a night's rest after flying cross-country. This motel was close and provided two comfortable beds in a secure room. There was no elevator, but we survived. They provided an ice bucket/plastic liner, but no ice machines on the second floor. The bathroom was not properly cleaned. BUT... we got a great night's sleep, and had no worries about our safety in the room. We got what we needed, for about half the price of most other motels. I wouldn't expect much (forget the coffeemaker), but I would consider staying there again. It certainly met minimum requirements.

Shoney's (extensive buffet) nearby; late night McDonald's and Taco Bell within long walk/short drive. We were able to get a meal just before 1 AM.
