Lodge America of Greensboro

Would have rather stayed at any one of the 5 other hotels within walking distance. Wouldn't want to take shoes off.. Mattresses had such deep holes in them it was hard to sleep & stay in the bed. Paper & bags stuck to the surface of the dresser & "kitchen" bar top. Only 1 outlet within the entire room worked. The gap all the way around the door to outside was large enough to shove a pencil through. Enough said?

The help was not helpfull The room was filthy I did not stay the second night THAT BAD! Never again! Stay away!

Our second stay at this location. Everything as promised, exactly what we needed for an overnight stay during a road trip. I would be willing to pay more to have breakfast, but good place to eat was right across the street. Great location, right off the Interstate, with lots of nearby, walkable restaurants.

Very shabby and low quality. Worse they doubled the price of their normal cheap (almost what its worth) $40 room during the trade show I attended gouging those who had no where else to stay.

Room was not comfortable the pillow bad and no shampoo or dryer. From door was bent in on my clients room #122

I had a NON-Smoking room that smelled like smoke the entire time.... It was pretty terrible and I do not think I would ever use this hotel again for that reason. By the time I left, my clothes, both clean and dirty, smelled like smoke.

This was the first hotel I've stayed in for quite sometime that did not provide shampoo, conditioner and lotion. I count on this due to the restrictions when traveling. Also, the bed was a bit hard. Also I do not like to stay where the doors to the rooms are on the outside of the hotel, had I known this, I would not have stayed. It's just not safe these days to have a room entrance on the outside.

I reserved my room 2 months in advance. I reserved and paid for a non-smoking room. I was put in a smoking room with cigarette burns on the sheets and a burn hole in the blanket (comforter). Spending a night in the room triggered an asthma attack that I needed to get a treatment for. When I called the front desk to complain after recovering from the attack, I was asked to call back in 2 hours when the manager came on duty. When I called back in 2 hrs I was asked to call back in 10 more minutes because the manager was not in the office right then. When I finally spoke to the manager I was moved into a "non-smoking" room. If I had prepared and had more financial freedom for my trip I would have checked out after that first night and demanded a refund. I will not stay at this hotel again, and I will consider other options due to the lack of separating smoking rooms from non- smoking rooms. I feel that is something very important to pay attention to due to individuals such as myself whom have respiratory issues.

There was no water pressure in the bathroom sink, Tv wasnt working well, door looked like it was broken into furniture looked worn but was spotless....

Close to shopping, entertainment, restaurants, etc. Not very clean, noisy outside with foot traffic and people conversating. Door did not fit right so that added to the outside noise intrusion. Broken remote!
