Nice clean low priced hotel in a nice area
Very clean room, nice simple floor plan, very few amenities other than the little kitchen. Would be a great place for one or two people for a few days stay. If clean is more important than fancy this is the place.

Too noisy
The reason I've chosen this hotel was because of the kitchen. The location was excellent...it's right in the middle of everything (shopping). The only problem I had was there was a lot of noise all night. Someone going in/out of the janitorial closet and a lot of loud talking right outside of my room (no sleep at all).

Location is good. Beds are not comfortable at all. Rooms need some fresh updates such as paint, new carpet, furniture, etc. Water pressure in the shower is terrible. Window screens are bent and bad.

The Right price
This a typical Motel style place. The rooms are old and show it, but not dirty. This iron didn't work that well and the TV was old. SO what. It is exactly what I needed. A place to sleep at a reasonable price.

Kind of Gross
I have never done this before, but I asked for a room change because the first one I was given was horrible. It stunk and had breadcrumbs and burn holes on the counter. The second one wasn't too bad but I would not stay here again. If I had been with my wife we would have been moving hotels.

Stuck in an extended stay
Basically it is a place for people to live at, not a vacation destination. But it is cheap. Had a microwave which was nice, but no gym or pool. A lot of sketchy people staying there, too.
