Best Western Quality Service All The Way
Visiting child at college NC A&T State University. Your staff was very helpful with directions to stores and any other locations in the area. The breakfast staff showed nothing but superior customer service. The rooms were clean and we had a great nights rest. I would recommend anyone to stay at Best Western. We have stayed at Best Western before and have received nothing but the same wonderful quality and service. Thank you for making us feel welcome.

Short drive from hotel
All typed of stores plus the mall is located just off highpoint rd. Walmart is not far away just get on the interstate 40W, get off on wendover st. Many other stores are there as well.

Great Place to Stay Near Conference Center
Exceptionally clean // Staff very friendly // I was very impressed that my room was suite style (couch, large bathroom, fridge, flat screen television) for the price of a budget hotel. // I stayed here for a nearby professional conference. // I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Greensboro area.

A nice place to stay
Overall our stay was great. The location was in a decent area, room was clean, hotel was quiet. Just kept sliding to the center of the bed. Also, had no wireless connection in the room just down the hall from the front desk, but it did work in the dining area...not a big deal for us.

Great Room...Great Price
The room was great. Nice garden tub and clean. Staff was quick to clean and take care of any issues that came up. Would recommend the suites. Good location to get to the malls, food and movies.

Nice hotel in a convenient location
I come to visit my daughter and grandchildren. The hotel is down the street from them and across from the Four Seasons Mall. The location is perfect for me and the service is very good. However, the cleaning service is spotty. Things are missed, dirty coffee pot, dirty mirrors, items not replaced - nothing fatal - but not something I expect from a hotel of this calibre.
