This place is HORRABLE!!!!!
This place had dirty washcloths and towels as well as a disgusting smell to the room. It also had HUGE HOLES IN THE ROOM (like someone had taken a hammer to the room and punched holes throuought the room). It also had HAIRS all In the BED, SHOWER, TUB, SINK, COUNTERS, TOILET SEAT. It also had big brown stains on the towels and washcloths. It also had big water stains on the ceiling. My family and I had never stayed at a Jameson inn, So this was are first experience and we WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN, And we would advise you to do the same. This place is disgusting!!!!!!!!!!

not bad
The front desk people were wonderful, very pleasent, and helpful... however the housekeeping stuff was horrible, rude, and disrespectful... the room was clean and hotel was to. location was great aswell... if they restaffed their housekeeping it would be wonderful!!!!

The continental breakfast was absolutely fresh and the muffins and the bagels were sooooooo fresh. Thanks for the breakfast.

Convenient overnight stay
We needed a place for an overnight in the Goldsboro area; this hotel was just as expected - very clean, nice breakfast, quick check-in/check-out, friendly staff. I would stay here again.

Always nice
The Jameson Inn is one of my favorite hotels. I have not stayed at other more expensive hotels ( Hampton , Holiday , Comfort Inn & Suites ) in Goldsboro but for the price and comfort the Jameson is hard to beat. During my stay this time the only negative was the visible chipped paint on the window sill. Not major but an ovious blemish to the room when the curtains were open and more light allowed to come in. Besides this the room was clean and the king bed comfortable.

Jameson Inn Goldsboro
This was a "waypoint" on the trip from NC to TN and it was a very good value. The facilities and room were clean and everyone was very courteous and competent. The breakfast fare was unspectacular but satisfying - we were happy to have it included in the cost of the room. We did not stay long enough to take advantage of the pool and exercise room but they looked nice.

Nice Hotel
Hotel is clean, great employees who worked the weekend of October 15, 2010. Walls to thin, hear everything from rooms next to you and in the hall.

A good Hotel
Had to travel on a moment notice. It was a nice hotel. Close to resturants, and shopping. Central location. Check in was a breeze. The staff was helpful and friendly. Nice place.
