Did not stay longer than 3 hours. :(
My husband and I traveled to Gastonia,NC to attend a wedding and we're excited to spend quality time with friends and family. The last thing we thought to worry about was the hotel we were staying at. We thought the reviews were decent and relied on this website and feedback from other guest would be suffient enough to depend on. WRONG! Upon arrival to the hotel spirits were high until we pulled into the hotel. We were concerned instantly! We circled the building and towards the back of the hotel there were prostitues, drug addicts, and bums. PRostitues knocking on doors, drug addicts asking for money as soon as we pulled into parking lot, and homeless men hanging inside the laundry facilty. This enviroment was completly unsafe. I feared for my safety just entering the lobby of the hotel. As we recieved our keys we went into the room and found ply wood installed by the door that had been shattered. Again, completly fearful at this point. Went to the room and heard screaming and yelling. Went to look out of the window and there was a huge brawl. Cops were called. Went straight to the desk to turn in the keys and got out of there ASAP. Was told by night audit personel ( who was playing XBOX) that he was sorry and he knew it was a bad place to stay and he wouldnt suggest it to anyone. He also gave me a business card of manager to talk to..the associate told me to come to the hotel in the morning to speak personally to manager, [...], around 9am. Went the next morning and come to find out that the manager never works weekends!! EVER! Highly upset to have to drive back to that hotel and risk safety.Truly an unpleasant expeierence. Never again!:(

disappointing night at knights
the room we booked did not have towels. we were given another room that had only one set minus the shower towel. we were too spent to try to rectify and used that room. In the morning I went for coffee and perhaps a fruit, there was coffee but no creamer, or anything to eat.

Burned in Murphys
Hard to find
I had problems finding the hotel because the outside had been painted a light green and the picture was bright white.

Rooms ok. Service and surroundings Not.
The woman at the counter (through a drive through window!) could not find my Orbitz hotel reservation, and then tried to charge me $10 more than her website stated. I had arrived late (around 1am). The other guests had "paid" ladies walking around in T-shirts. Stay away from this hotel as much as possible.
