Beautiful 3 story, interior corridor hotel conveniently located in Garner, minutes from downtown Raleigh. Trip for family illness.

The hotel could not find my reservation in the computer. Then when the reservation was found I was listed as a no show, because I arrived past 2am. The hotel was informed of my late arrival time and departure date of 10/2 through Orbitz prior to the trip. The hotel had no knowlege of the arrangements. However my bill was credited for the 1 day. My room was not cleaned. I did not get clean towels or cloths. Tub was loose from wall. Stains on sheets and cigarette burn holes in comforter. Breakfast was a joke.

Not what I expected

When we arrived at the hotel on a Saturday night there was not one single car in the parking lot, and throughout the duration of the trip we probably only saw 6 other guests. The room was not in the best shape and you could hear everything from the other rooms around and above us.

Home away from home

I chose to stay at the comfort inn located in Garner, NC. The staff was very friendly. All the staff went out of their way to make sure that and the hotel was very clean during and that is was comfortable during my stay. The hotel is located in a small quiet town with all the amenities in surrounding towns not far away. I would always recommend comfort inn in Garner, NC.

awful, nasty, very dirty

awful!!!!! There were stains on the chairs, carpet and the tub would not drain water. This was supposed to be a new building. Never in my life have I seen something that looked like it was on loan by the hour. The roll a-away for our daughter was nothing more than broken springs, a plastic mattress with only a sheet over it. Had it not been late we would have looked else where. I can not believe something "new" was so gross.
