New Year Deal

Knights Inn is located very conveniently near stores, restaurants, and gas stations. The rooms are very clean and well kept. The rooms include cable, fridge, microwave and wireless internet. We hardly find these all in North with this good rate 49.99 on new years ever. It Amaze me with their rate on busy night! The personnel are very friendly and solve the wireless problem right away. we are very happy to find good people with good work ethics to help someone these days. Thank You Knights Inn

Never stay here

What an awful place. The room looked okay but as soon as one turned the bedspread you could see that it had not been washed in years. The sheets were threadbare and did not look fresh. There were only two towels in the bathroom for a room reserved for four. The continental breakfast was a cold cup of coffee and donuts. The room cost $78 which I felt was too much for a very uncomfortable night. Could not wait to check out the following morning.

Good stay on business trip!

The room was spotless and the bathroom looked very clean. I was relieved to stay at a hotel where I didn't have a single negative issue to bring up with the staff. My quite room was good thats what my old bones needed after a long day on the road traveling (Sleep good, relax). I got up the next morning refreshed and was greeted with a continental breakfast in the lobby while I checked my e-mail. The lady at the front desk even asked how I slept and if I had fully enjoyed my stay in their newly renovated rooms. I would recommend this Knights Inn on Bragg Blvd to all of my business partners, Friends & Family members.

Clean enough for a dive

This is basically a dive. For how cheap it was, it was fairly clean, and it was convenient that they have both a fridge and microwave in the room. I was pretty much just using it as a place to sleep, but it wasn't great for that. The bed was very springy and uncomfortable, light from the Burger King across the way tended to seep through the window shades, and the doors are thin, so I heard a lot of noise from the street. If you stay there without a car, definitely write down the numbers of some cab companies, because it's a rather rough part of town and cabs do not like to drive through there.

Good Choice

Good Choice: I stayed 5 nights at this hotel. The location is great just a few minutes away from Fort Bragg and 5 minutes from Fayetteville downtown. The hotel is currently upgrading (Renovating) their rooms. i was lucky enough to be given a renovated room and when you make a reservation let front desk clerk know that you wanted renovated room, price may be little higher but you will have a pleasant stay and recieve great value. Two tone color + new carpet looks very nice compare to other rooms i seen while walking around the hotel. Breakfast was simple. Apple-Orange juice, donuts, coffee, tea is good to start morning. Free wireless internet is HUGE PLUS. I stayed at Valueplace inn down the road and was charged for every single thing in the room. I love to stay at Knights Inn Fayetteville/Fort Bragg from now on. I enjoyed my stay and will return again in few days.

Negative Three Star Rating

I stayed here for a business trip that required a good night's sleep; which didn't happen. I knew this was a cheap place, but if you're looking for the slightest modicum of comfort, this is not the place for you. Two thirds of the lights didn't work, the towels (both of them) weren't folded and probably weren't clean either, and the TV only worked a little bit if you smacked it on the side a couple of times in the right spot (3 times, lower right side, if you're in room 116). The toilet seat was sticky gross and I felt like I needed to shower after I got out of the shower. The neighbors were nice enough to bang on my door at 10pm to introduce themselves and asked me to borrow a lighter I didn't have. I guess they found one because they were up past 2am smoking [*] and arguing with each other and the ten other people they had in their room. [*] I was too tired to call the front desk or the cops.I can see why the front desk people never smiled either day; they have nothing to smile about.

Disgusting

I had been on a plane for two days, when i checked in and got to my room. The hotel was run down and not in a very good place. My room was not cleaned, the sheets were brown, pizza boxes inthe drawers and the room just smelled. I cmplained and they gave me another room. I moved to the next room, it smelled better, but the sheets were still dirty or stained didnt really want to get that close to see. All i wantewd was a shower and some rest. I went to shower and the towel i grabbed off the reack had someelses pubic hair on it. This is the first time I have ever slept in my clothes when staying at at a hotel. It took me several hours to reach a manager but had to do so by calling the owners. I fought to have the rest of my stay cancelled but they still charged me for the night i had to sleep in my cloths and had no shower. This is the worst hotel i have ever seen. The pictures on the website must have been taken when the hotel was built or from a different one. What ever you do never stay here if you want to keep your health.

Disappointed from New Jersey

straight ghetto and unbelivably unreal

I visited my sick daughter in the hospital. The quality of the hotel. Not very professional and very out-dated looking rooms. The bed was broken and they wouldn't change our room. Previous trips I have taken were very pleasant and the rooms were beautiful. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone in my family or friends. The only good thing about this hotel was the cleaning lady. The towels and wash clothes were thin and the towels looked old. This hotel needs to update everything and put the swimming pool back in the yard where it was. They have a cemented pool and have the nerve to have a barbeque pit on top of the deck of the pool. Very tacky!!

Dining tip: Short drive from hotel

Both the dining and the shopping was in the perfect locations. You had a chose of quite a few things. That's the only other good thing about this hotel.
