Toilet ran on the floor no one came to fix it. Bed hard as a rock.

average hotel but needs to be re-modernized a little. The places around the hotel was good though.

I enjoyed the room and the free breakfast was great.

Value for the money is excellent. There are other hotels in the area charing $20 more for the same thing. Non-Smoking room was truly a non-smoking room. Staff was friendly, efficient and overall strived to meet our needs.

our reservation was for a non-smoking room which we did not get. i traveled from NY to Fayetteville for a family death and was exhausted the first night. mentioned it to staff next day and they said that there had to be a mix up either at the time of my reservation or when they inputted it. they did offer me a nonsmoking room that day but we declined as we were exhausted after the funeral and need to just sleep. we purchased some frebeeze to to get the smoke smell out. we left on sunday morning and overall our stay was a pleasant one with the exception of the room being a smoking room..

upon walking in the lobby, there was an odd smell. asked desk clerk if that was normal for the lobby and she stated that she did not smell a thing; guess the longer you are inhaling that ordor it becomes a natural smell that u no longer notice. Noticed the same smell in the room; I think that it why I am sick now. although rooms looked clean, smell indicated musk and mildew of some sort, mixed with smoke as well as sour carpet. there were no comoforters on the bed, which looked cheap; bed was maid with flat sheet only. I have paid for less and have gotten way more. This was a disappointment, especially being located in a prime location; thought they would be able to keep to the standards of the area. Location was the only plus to this hotel.

great stay. location convenient to food and shopping. price was reasonable. the person checking me in was outside on the cellphone texting. when i did get someone's attention they told me to go and get her from outside. I am guessing that she was on break but when she came in she took her time before she attended to me because she was so busy texting on her cellphone. [...] really needs some hospitality training. I was not pleased with being treated like i had to wait until she was done with her personal business before she could help me. In essence, the check-in was the worst part of the stay but beyond that i was pleased.

The Innkeeper was very comfortable place to stay,the room was very cleaned. The location was very good--it was close to the mall and different shopping areas with different places to eat at with less travel to get to them.

The bathroom towel rack was down, with small holes in the wall where the screws had been. After seeing numerous stories of people peeping through holes in the wall, I wasn't very comfortable in the bathroom. There were air spaces around the doors. We were awakened late at night with a pounding sound coming from the floor and the adjoing room where the rest of my family stayed were also disturbed. The noise stopped, but noneone told us what was going on.

The Innkeeper in Fayetteville was quiet and comfortable, tho for the price we tho't a fitness room would have been nice. Also, no in-room coffee pot. But the location was good, and several choices of restaurants nearby. It is a little unclear when first arriving how to actually get to the facility....and entrance sign would be helpful.
