The staff was friendly and accomodating. The place was clean, easy to find, and worked well for my purposes this past weekend.

this hotel needs to be torn down, anything else would be an improvement.

no luggage dolly in our building, but when we were checking out staff brought us one. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Great comp breakfast.

Stay here for business with Ft Bragg. Easy to get to Ft Bragg, great breakfast and very helpful staff.

In Fayetteville to visit friends. This hotel is not my number one option when in the area- however, was not the worst either. When I checked in the hotel the staff was not exactly friendly and appeared to be distracted. The room was clean for the most part and did offer what they said was in the room. I would say just okay- nothing special or to brag about.

Had fun and I loved the Gym. Wish it had continental breakfast though.

My family chose to use this hotel for a wedding reception in March 2011. The food, service and wait staff were HORRIBLE. Unfortunately, there was an altercation involving one guest with another party. As a result, the GM thought it was necessary to evict all of our guests (100 people) and our family members from the hotel. I found it extremely despicable to evict elderly family members, out of guests and children that were asleep in there rooms. Particulary, for such a high cost and special event such as a wedding. There were NO refunds given for hotel rooms that were not used. The GM at this facility was very unprofessional, distasteful and rude to us. I truly believe this gentleman (GM) is a RACIST and only commited his actions because we were African Americans. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone under any circumstances. I encourage the corporate and district managers of Holiday Inn to rid themselves of this GM immediately. He is a poor representative and leader of your company.

I attended a family member's wedding reception at your this hotel. The receptionist was wonderful and the banquet staff was excellent. There was an incident that occur in a banquet hall on the first floor with one of guest from the wedding and the party. The entire family that was staying at the hotel was told they must leave the hotel. There were many out of state guest and many senior citizen guest whom was told they had to leave the hotel. We were not given a refund on our room and had 5 minutes to leave. Most of us was not aware of situation that occur but interrupted by GM [...] and the Fayetteville Police. At 10pm we were force to find another hotel with little explaination. Horrible Management.

My hotel experience was terrible. The rooms were just okay and were very outdated. The hotel service was terrible. The managers were very unproffessional and unwilling to do anything about my concerns. I only stayed here because I was attending a wedding that was held here. I would not recommend staying here or having events here.

The staff their was very courtes,the rooms were very neat and tidy. upon check out its was nice to see a smileing face in the earily AM.(0200)It was a nice stay and were planning on doing another.
