Hilton Garden Inn Fayetteville/Fort Bragg

I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Fayetteville area. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is very clean. I am from Illinois and was attending my daughter's college graduation. She has been going to school there for the past 4 1/2 years. This was by far the best hotel we have stayed at. We reserved two rooms for our family to attend the graduation. This was one of the very few that had an indoor pool. Everything was very nice.

overall the staff was excellent and the room was very nice and clean but a bit cramped. The room service had something to be desired. I called one night and the guy on the phone had to take a few seconds to stop laughing to take my order. The next night I ordered the same thing yet they were out of the sides due to a busy night, out of stock of something on the menu? You have got to be kidding so I told them I would take plain chips instead of fries and got spicy dioritos. The bun was small and stale on the burger. The night after I tried the same order still no sides and everything on it excluded the pickles which it supposedly comes with. Overall every time I called room service it was pretty much the attitude of "yeah, what cha need"

The hotel was in a very convenient location and was very clean, comfortable and had a great indoor pool. Since indoor pools are uncommon in the area, this was a plus. I had prepaid my reservation and was surprised to see two charges appear on my cc once I returned home -- in the amounts of $20 and $30. When I called about them, I was told they were for "incidentals" and that if nothing was found to be wrong with the room, the charges would be removed in a few days. Seems to me that if they already had my cc information, they could apply those charges only if something had been discovered wrong in the room -- I don't like this policy and let it be known.

Convenient to everywhere we wanted to go and great restaurants within a very short distance. Staff were all pleasant, polite, and professional. Great place to stay and relax with the family!

The Hotel was great... it was off the main flow of traffic so it was quiet the room was great the pool was great. The only problem is they dont offer a free breakfast after paying such a high price for a room is a bowl of ceral too much to ask... yes they charge $11.00 for it!!

Nice hotel, nice room, comfortable bed. Would have liked additional blankets, a bigger TV. Staff seemed to not care if there were guests there or not. Not rude - but not helpful or friendly, either. Staff did not explain on check in or check out that there would be "extra" money charged to my credit card or how my card would be charged, or that there would be additional monies charged to my credit card for a few days after check out until they were sure I didn't use any additional services. I have stayed in nicer hotels for less money per night, and for a lower rate, I'd stay here again.

I was Okay with the Hotel when I checked in. I had alot of things to do in the City, so I put my bags in and left. I came back that night very late. When I was proceeding for bed, I notice that on one of the queen bed had stains on the sheets when I pull back the covers. I was disappointed. I felt that I should not have to check the sheets as soon as I walk into a Hotel like the Hilton Garden. I told the staff and they just said okay. So I personally would not stay a that particular Hotel again. A Hilton Garden Hotel at another location maybe nice. This one was not.

WONDERFUL HOTEL, WITH INDOOR POOL, FITNESS CENTER, BAR, AS WELL AS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. WONDERFUL BREAKFAST BAR WITH REASONABLE PRICES. STAFF WAS GREAT!
