Fairfield Inn by Marriott Fayetteville

Staff was exceptional on check-in. We got a room on the back side of the hotel to avoid noise from the major road on the entrance side. Many restaurants immediately available within two blocks of the hotel. Room was perfect for our overnight stay. Checkout was noon, so we had a leisurely morning prior to our departure!

We have a son @ fort Braggs and have come to visit him many times. This is the first hotel we've stayed, at that my wife didn't freak out and buy spray sanitizers.

We picked this hotel because of it's central location in Fayetteville, and because at over $100 a night I thought it would be nice. I was wrong. Our reservation was for a King bed, but we ended up with 2 doubles and were told there were no other rooms available, and because it was so late (1:30 am) and we were exhausted from moving we just took the room. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and inside the shower in the caulk and the shower curtain bar was broken and just hanging from the wall at an odd angle. We were very dissappointed and will never recommend anyone we know to stay there!

It was a good location, close to shopping and major roads. Staff was very polite and very willing to make one's stay pleasant. Very good breakfast selection.When checking-in painting was being done, vapor in rooms was too strong had to change rooms. Pool was not opened at times listed.

On our way to the hotel we got a tire blowout around 2AM. The staff person states as long as we made it by 4AM we could check in. I am so grateful that she ([...]) remember me. Fairfield Inn has moved to the top of my list. The fixtures in the bathroom and furniture in the bedroom had me feeling like I was staying at a Marriott Inn for a budget price.

Chose this hotel for it's price, location (close to Ft. Bragg and my son's off-base house) and the amenities. Was very disappointed that the pool was not listed as "seasonal" on any website and it was not open; it had been hot for over a month in NC and the previous hotel we stayed in had their pool open. Rooms (and all the hotel) were very clean and staff was extremely nice. Bigger breakfast selections (incl. in price).

The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was nice and clean but a little outdated in the bathroom. We had a very pleasant stay and would recdommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly. Loved that it was next to a Starbucks. I was doing a training worksop at Ft. Bragg so it was convenient for the people to pick me up on the way. Will be coming back in May and will probably stay there again. I had a room on the street side and it was a little noisy, but not too bad. Didn't keep me from sleeping or anything.
