Comfort Inn Fayetteville

Travelling with my wife from Baltimore to Tampa we stopped in Fayetteville and we really enjoyed the Comfort Inn, its staff, the breakfast, the clean room, etc.

As good as we had hoped for. We would stay there again.

I had the worst stay I have ever had with a Comfort Inn. The staff was rude upon my arrival, the MANAGER told me my hotel for the night was a smoking room which I booked a NON smoking room [...]. But the staff wouldnt change me out, they said the room I booked was the room I had to stay with. I travel alot ,so being told that I couldnt switch my room, I went up to the room to see how bad it was and got sick within 5 minutes in the room. So I went downstairs checked out of the hotel, and the staff was WORSE! She asked how my stay was I told her horrible, asked wy I told her I booked a NON smoking room and they gave me a smoking. Her response to me was oh well you booked a smoking and i'm not changing it. I told her whatever Im going to to get a room at the Holiday Inn which was right next door. I will NEVER stay at any Comfort Inn again, nor any hotel along with Comfort Inn. I will also make sure my family or friends, who do travel alot, will NEVER stay in one either!

it was ok, furniture was out dated tv was old but overall ok

It was fine and we were able to sleep well

My husband, 18 month daughter and I were supposed to stay one night at this hotel while we were in town for a funeral. Our room was so disgusting, we left that night and didn't stay the night. The previous guests that stayed in our room must have had a party and housekeeping didn't bother to clean up afterwards. The shower was filthy, there was VOMIT in the sink, beer bottle caps all over the floor, the fridge was warm and smelled of mold and I'm pretty sure the sheets were not changed. When we checked out, my husband tried to complain to the clerk at the front desk...but she blew us off and told us to complain onlone. Obviously, she didn't want to deal with our complaint. I'm sure I will be in Fayetteville again to visit family, but I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

out of our entire stay the only thing satisfactory was the continental breakfast, both ice machines were broke, we had to go the the front desk and re-entry our key to get into our room both nights. They missed a wake up call, good thing we had no pressing appointment scheduled, or we would have missed it....

Extremely surprised with the room, which was very clean had very comfortable beds and even a ceiling fan. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The complementary breakfast was surprisingly good and included eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, and coffee. I would definitely stay here again.

Went to visit family for the holidays. Free breakfast in the morning and clean rooms.
