The room was very clean, and I was very happy with the price and amenities. The staff was very friendly. The walls were very thin, however, and I could hear the conversations of the couple in the room next door. The fitness center also had the T.V. permanently set to a station that had bad reception, and no volume. It would have been nice to keep the remote control in there. The breakfast spread also had a ton of highly processed, sugary carbs, but no "healthier" options. Overall the room met my needs.

The hotel was relatively clean, and the staff were curteous.

The first room assigned, the AC did not work, but the staff changed our room since no maintenance staff was available. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Myself and two girl friends stayed here for a Girl's Weekend. We ate close by at Elmo's Diner and Texas Road House. We went to the Durham Performing Art's Center and took in a play. It was only an hour drive from the outlet mall in Smithfield N.C. Also close to Franklin Street in Chapel Hill that we visited for some late evening drinks and music. Very close to a Target for any last minute needs. Unfortunatly we were out most of the day and did not get to take advantage of the pool or fitness center, but they did look nice. The staff was friendly and quick of service. It was very quiet at night. My only complaint would be that the parking spaces were very tight. We were constantly worried that someone was going to either back into our cars or hit them with another car door. Bathrooms were very clean and beds and sheets were nice and comfy!

I went down to visit UNC Chapel Hill with my fiancee and booked a room here complete with fridge and microwave, which allowed us to save some money on food during our visit. Everything about the room was clean and well-lit, and comfortable. The fitness center was small and ancient, but had the necessities, like any typical hotel. The location may be a problem as it's on an access road along 15 and 501 that can be confusing to find and hard to get out of if there is a lot of traffic. However, I think this is where Duke put up a lot of their prospective students while we were visiting if that makes a statement about the quality. The free continental breakfast was an unexpected bonus!

A decent hotel in the middle of the research triangle. Good access to highway, universities, and shopping. Wish the walls muffled noise better tho. The staff was also very helpful, although the cleaning staff forgot trashbags, soap, shampoo, etc for our room. The problem was easily fixed. They also have a decent breakfast with a waffle maker etc.
