Hotel Indigo RALEIGH DURHAM AIRPORT AT RTP

You get better than average for the price. This hotel is located right off the highway and convenient if you have to travel between Durham and Raleigh. I'm familiar with the area, but I can see why someone would say it's not in the best location. The hotel provides all amenities one would need. It is clean and modern, the bed is quite comfortable, but the shower is eco-friendly (I'm not a fan). Though they do offer room service, the dining facility cannot be called a restaurant and breakfast is not included. However, the staff is wonderful...they even bring you a refrigerator if you request one. Again, for the price it's worth a stay.

This was our first stay at the Hotel Indigo. It was A++ from the beginning to the end. The staff at the front desk was wonderful and helped us get a roll-away bed for an unexpected guest. The roll-away was a very heavy-duty and comfortable bed, not the usual springy, uncomfortable type. Pets are allowed, which is why we initially chose this location. It was perfect as we were between the airport and Chapel Hill for UNC Graduation. Our only complaint was very low water pressure in the shower. However...it's billed as a "Green" hotel, so I can forgive that! :)

Hotel strengths = location and room comfort. The rooms are spacious and well laid out. Downsides: room A/C is noisy (there is no fan control), water pressure is low, and "hot water" is not so hot. The cafe staff was incredibly inefficient. For example, if you order eggs over easy and toast, you shouldn't have to ask separately for salt and pepper and then again for butter, and have each of these requests fulfilled only in minutes, rather than seconds.

I am a budget traveler with high-end needs: cleanliness, comfort, a great bathroom, a good tv and a nice pool complex. And the Indigo delivered. The rooms are modern, beautiful and clean, laid out in a way that feels like a suite even if simply a King bed room. The tv is huge and the bathroom is phenomenal with quality products and the most amazing shower I have ever experienced in a hotel. The bed is incredibly comfortable but I do dock points for the little pillows: cute idea and nice for lounging but just too difficult to deal with for sleep. The gym was bright, clean and very modern and the pool, although petite, had a great jacuzzi. Overall, I loved this hotel and will look at Indigo Hotels for future travels.

I booked this hotel due to having to catch an early flight at RDU the next morning and I live over an hour away from RDU. The decor is very nice and modern. The room was very comfortable and I loved the colors. The decor in the room is modern as well. I ordered room service, the wings were burnt and the chicken salad was ok. There was a pretty good selection of items on the room service menu. It took less than 10 min for me to drive to the airport. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

This hotel was a pleasure to stay at. The King room we had was beautifully decorated, bright, clean, comfortable and spacious. The shower is a unique and very large walk-in with a provided stool and rain style showerhead which was awesome. The bed was large and plush and the television the biggest I have ever seen in a hotel. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. The pool is a little small and the food area downstairs a little convenience store-like but overall I loved this hotel and will definitely stay here and at other Indigo's again.

the rooms were stunning. the mere fact though, that for 100.00 a night there was not a free continental breakfast offered! we have gotten a free breakfast at the Econolodge!! that is our only grippe!!

I had a good stay , the staff was nice and the rooms were nice! I would of liked more equipment to work out with but the workout room had towel and water and was clean!

The rooms are updated and nice size, very clean. The location was convenient. The pool was not operational which was a downer. I have a six year old and the pool is one of the reasons I picked the hotel.
