Very nice stay

We were here for a wedding and stayed two nights in the hotel. Very nice; very clean; room could have been bigger, but that's our fault; we should have booked a regular room with two beds instead of a king with pullout bed. Granite is a very nice touch. The staff was lovely; everyone we encountered was exceptionally nice but especially at Remington's for breakfast. Very nice bar/lounge area also. A very well managed place.

Amenable and Hospitable

We stayed here for a wedding held in the hotel's courtyard. Great shuttle driver and ride from the airport to hotel! Good suggestions for places to go in the area and shuttle service within 5 miles of the hotel. Quick responsiveness to report of leak in hotel room and move into room of same caliber. Would def stay again!!

near airport

We wanted to be close to the airport as our arrival and departure times were late night and early morning respectively. The hotel was very quiet, effectively somewhat lifeless in terms of the movement and decor, but the personnel was exceptionally nice.

Avoid Il Palio Italian restaurant in the Sienna Hotel, reputedly the best Italian restaurant in the area. It was nothing special and not really very Italian.

Baby Moon Cafe was not so great Italian. Sauce tasted like watered-down Ragu, but The Pit in downtown Raleigh was some of the best BBQ my husband and I ever had.

Nice V-day stay

The hotel staff was very, very nice. Check-in and check-out went very smoothly. We had a small problem with the bathtub not draining properly, but it was taken care of immediately. The lobby was always full of people...some type of party going on, night and day, but you couldn't hear it in the rooms. The room was kept very clean. The hotel is in a nice location if you want variety (about midway between Raleigh and Durham).

granted circumstances unusual winter storm however was not catastrophic no loss of power,we were given confusing directions to the hotel with two different street addresses so that even gps locator was confused,on arrival when confronted with directions written down verbatim following 4 phone calls front desk staff denied any responsibility for erroneous info, personaaly i felt i was being told i just didnt listen, getting past all that...we had amemorable time with our nephew just back fr iraq, tho the room was small, restaurant menu was ltd due to the "blizzard of 2010"...the 4'snowfall was beautiful and we drank alot,in the bar where Medina was most gracious and helpful.Truthfully,we would neverchoose this location again. it was a bit worn, small rooms, they were not booked up, but for some reason would not upgrade us to a larger room...because of the srorm nothin was open anywhere...[...]bthrm incredibly small shower and in tub jacuzzi did not work
