Smoke-Free but not really.....
Even though the room was smoke-free, the floor itself was not. My allergies were aggravated not only because of the dusty room but also because of the smoke smells in the hallway. I will not stay at this hotel again, there are better options all around.

Great for families
This hotel was wonderful for families. Children feel right at home here. The hotel provides coupons and offers advice for places that are entertaining for families. I highly recommend this hotel.

Race Fan-tastic!
The hotel was clean, affordable, friendly and even though it was near the highway with crazy race car fans (like us) it was very quiet. There were numerous racing fans staying there as well as business travelers and families. The hotel gave a "race day" party for all the guests that included free food, beverages, and prizes. Our stay could have only been enhanced by an airport shuttle on arrival. But the evening desk clerk was very helpful in arranging transportation for other events and the city bus stop was there for local travel if you didn't want to rent a car. The bus service in Concord was very nice. My sister and I were in a strange city by ourselves and I felt very safe both in the hotel and surrounding areas. I would definately book this hotel again!

There are several within walking distance of the hotel and each offer discounts to hotel guests. We planned on trying several but found that the one closest to our hotel had a terrific tossed chicken salad, sandwiches, hot wings and of course great sweet tea!

this place can't get it right
i reserved a room with two double beds. upon arrival there was a room with only a king bed. i was very dissapointed and told the clerk, to no avail. i don't remember the clerk's name but he was very surly and non-apologetic, but matter-of -factly told me he was sold out. i made the reservations in january and this was april. i don't know if the motel was at fault or was it [...]? very dissatisfied!!!

Great Deal and Location
Everything dealing with the Hotel was First Class. Check-in was smooth, very professional desk clerk. Room bigger than what I expected, clean, comfortable. Clerk took time to explain to bme all the dining opportunities within 1/2 mile from hotel, his ppersonnal recommendations and a sheet that listed those offering discounts for staying at Holiday Inn Express and Suites. Great Stay!!!

Visitation review
We were there from Seattle to attend the World of Outlaws racing event at Lowes Motor Speedway. We got to meet [...] in the breakfast area. She was friendly and went out of her way to provide us with breakfast after waking late(used to PST). We were unhappy with the poor engineering as to keeping up with the hot water demands. Rooms were clean and parking was adequate.
