Perfect Location
I really enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn & Suites. The location was ideal for shopping at Concord Mills Mall. The room was clean & the complementary breakfast was delicious. The only problem I encountered was the AC not working in the room. Other than that, it was great. I'd stay again for sure.

Everything was fine with no problems at all even though the hotel was sold out for the night. It was our first time to stay at this Hampton Inn and the only negative I could say was that there was heavy, heavy traffic in the area nearby. But the hotel is close to everything a person could want.

Near Everything
Near major roads, large shopping mall, restaruants, fast food, gas staions, starbucks, Charlotte Motor Speedway. Maid service was inconsistent- never knew when they were coming, supplies such as toliet paper never replaced, supplies not replaced in any order that made sense. I was located across the hall from the laundry room which seemed to be running after 8pm till 11pm - did not make me happy with all that noise but other wise the value was worth these small issues. Staff was very helpful and pleaseant.

Excellent visit
Room was clean, looked freshly remodeled,and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. When we checked in Orbitz had not sent proper billing info. Manager on duty called and had corrected in 20 mins. He was apologetic and helpful.

Great accomodations
The hotel is very convenient to a variety of restaurants and shopping. The room was very nice and the staff was very helpful. We had some business at the racetrack, which was just a short distance down the road.

Very nice
We stayed at this Hampton Inn for a romantic weekend getaway. Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The room was ready when we arrived, staff was friendly, check in was fast and hassle-free. The room was spacious and very clean. The only complaint I would have is the "hot and cold breakfast buffet" was pretty lousy. Hot food consisted of dried out scrambled eggs, biscuits and really gross sausage gravy. Next time we'll travel across the street to Cracker Barrel for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!
