Great Wolf Lodge Concord

We really had an awesome time. We were a little apprehensive in taking our 19 month old to experience this water park, but he loves the water, so we went ahead and planned it. He surprised us and had the BEST time, There was a lot for him to do in the water and we felt like he was definitely safe there. The lifeguards were very attentive. (and we were with him of course) He loved the wave pool, Fort Macjenzie, and the smaller baby pool. Lots for him to do and kee him occupied for hours. Not to mention some good sleep that night. Only complaint of the trip was the breakfast buffet was 12.99 per person and was not that great. Our 19 month old ate free. Other than that it was clean, friendly staff, and quiet at night. We traveled in May so it was also not peak season for crowds and noise.

Great Wolf Lodge is a wonderful place that caters to the family. There is so much for kids to do here and for adults to play with. The waterpark was nice, as much as an indoor facility could be, and the water was a good temperature as advertised. The food was good and if you have a sweet tooth, there's plenty for that. The arcade was enormous, the mini bowling looked fun, the mini-golf was challenging, but for kids, the story-time and Magiquest were great. There was a ton of excitement with the kids in the evening, which we noticed since ours were grown. Financial warning, the waterpark is the only thing covered in the price, all the other stuff has fees.

This was a fantanstic experience for our family with 3 kids. The kids could roam around doing the magiquest while we parents relaxed in the lounge. The surprising part was that the food was excellent. Normally I do not eat out because I am on a gluten free diet, but the chef came out and walked me through the buffet to show me all of the tasty gluten free items. Special! It was the best I have eaten at a hotel in years!! Thanks!

The water park is pretty good for younger kids. My 10 year old only liked one ride, the rest according to her was pretty kiddy. The room was not bad, however I would expect a bit more for the price they charge.

No hot water. Beds were uncomfortable. Food and everything very high priced. Could not bring own food into place. Water park was fun. That's about it. Not worth the price.

We went to Great Wolf Lodge for my daughter's 11th birthday. I was amazed at how much there was to do and how large the facility was. My daughter enjoyed the water park, treasure hunt, arcade, and the other activities provided. The Paw Pass allowed us entry into all of the activities and was a good value. My husband and I had plenty of dining options along with adult beverages. I wish we could have spent more time there.

The two birthdy boys had a wonderful experience! They didn't want to leave! I was relaxed and at ease to know that there were several well trained water guards on site. We will go back pretty soon!

1st come to this water park in December. Water is too cold, not too much fun.

The place was great. Rides were fun, The room was large and clean. My two teenagers were a little bored but the 11 year old loved it. Best for families with younger children

While the Great Wolf Lodge sounded like a great place to visit from all the TV commercials and online reviews, it was in actuality a money pit. The only thing that comes with your room reservation (which is VERY PRICY btw) is the waterpark passes. The waterpark didn't have as many pools and slides as I had thought, and I was very disappointed to find that there wasn't a hot tub. The lifeguards were amazing though and constantly looking to ensure everyone was safe. All the activities outside of the waterpark cost extra money. For example, if you wanted to play the Magiquest game you had to purchase a wand, have the wand activated, and if you ran out of time before you were finished with the quest you had to reactivate the wand. The rooms were very clean, and smelled nice. The bathroom was spotless as well; however, the beds and pillows were hard as a rock. Not a very good night's sleep unless you like a very firm mattress. Overall, my 6 year old son had a good time, but was disappointed he couldn't participate in any of the activities besides the waterpark. I wouldn't recommend paying full price to come, but if you had a good discount, it MIGHT be worth. We won't be going back though....not worth the price in my opinion.
