Great Little Inn
Great little hotel. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Rooms on the small side, but adequate. Lots of restaurants in the vacinity. Located in the heart of the University District.

One night...show
It was alright. Nothing special. We were on the fourth floor and the people around us were a bit noisy but it was't unbearable. The wind absolutely howled outside the window because of the side of the building that we were on. (The backside) The inside was a bit rough looking as were the general crowd staying there. Also, there is absolutely zero water pressure in the shower. You will spend twenty minutes just trying to rinse your hair.

Excellent value and location
I stayed at the Sleep Inn during a business trip to Charlotte. I found it to be a great hotel for the price. The staff was friendly, the rooms were very clean, and the deluxe continental breakfast was more than adequate. The location was also very good as there were many restaurants within a few blocks of us. Overall, I would definitely return here for any future trips to Charlotte.

great location, great price
I was 2 blocks from my conference and this place was less than 1/2 the price of the hilton. This is a excellent value for the location. It was quiet and next to two resturants. This would be a outstanding value for the race track, as well. I would stay here, again.

clean and comfortable
I needed to crash after marathon driving session. It was clean and quiet. Pool was adequate, comp breakfast was fine. Staff was polite. Traffic pattern to enter is a little tricky because of hard median strip for north-bound hwy. 29. My single room with one queen bed was perfect for a single and would be adequate for couple.

If you are not familiar with the cajun fast-food 'BoJangles' (small regional chain) give their biscuits and sweet tea a try.

Perfect location
This hotel was the perfect location for our trip. we were in Charlotte for a concert at the Verizon Wireless Ampitheatre. It was only about 2 miles down the road. There were plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. I would definitely stay here again. I just wish there had been a little more space in the bathroom, but for 1 to 2 nights it's OK. Definitely recommended.
