Colorful, roomy suites near biking trails and the airport

Stopped by for work
I stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to a building where I was having a meeting everyday. It was in a good location to avoid any neighborhood disturbances and still be close to places you would need to visit. The room was well-maintained and the staff was polite. Being on the 2nd floor can have its disadvantages as the downstairs lobby/bar and get loud. Overall it was a very good experience.

I would recommend getting Mac's Speed Shop for barbecue. It was the best and cheapest food I had the whole week I was there. The Italian food is not worth it in the area. Kabuto is also a good restaurant to try for the hibachi experience.

Good for Business travel
The hotel was good for traveling on business and great workout room. No contenal breakfast, but fantastic breakfast bar for a price. ( Fairly expensive for breakfast at $13 )

surprise charges!!
The stay was excellent.. the room was exceptional, but why was i charged for using my phone?? They told us that the hotels wifi is used for all electronic devices.... and they charged us a wireless internet fee... if it had not been for that the stay would have been perfect... great hotel..

Love to Travel
The $50.00 a night deposit fee
The hotel was nice overall but I was not aware of the fifty dollar a night deposit you have to pay just if you order movies or room service It wasn't listed anywhere on [...] or on the hotels website.Some of the staff was friendly I was waiting in line to check out and the guy asked the lady behind me if he could help here and I was standing there waiting before her other than that I really enjoyed my stay.

Wonderful and elegant!
The hotel and its staff were wonderful. The rooms and amenities were amazing. It was so nice to have a mini-kitchenette! Parking was free and easy, short drive into Charlotte, and to beautiful hiking destinations. Thank you!
