Best Location in Charlotte

We had a fantastic stay in Charlotte. The hotel was walkable to everything, including the Bank of America Stadium. It was great having a Walgreens in the building. Awesome restaurants nearby.

Great spot for weekend in Charlotte

Perfect location to get to know Charlotte and all it offers. My husband and I were visiting my son who lives in Uptown and we walked to and from his apartment, to dinner, church, et.... All staff was very helpful, kind and curteous It was a great value at the weekend price. Our only issue was noisy neighbors on Friday night, a group of ladies obviously enjoying a reunion or gathering of some sort. But that can happen anywhere. We highly recommend and would stay again.

A little Upkeep can go a long way

The location of this hotel is the best you can ask for. Walking distance to bars/restaurants/stores. Lobby is very nice as well as the bar/restaurant. The Room has some issues. The pillows as well as the comforter on the bed felt like they had been there since the place opened very "overused" feeling. The shower did not have a vent which caused for mildew/mold mold to be growing on the ceiling If your looking for a hotel that is right in the center of everything and you can just park and walk to where your going this is it. However there are probably better hotels to get a good night sleep. (new pillows and comforter, mildew-less ceilings, a frequent modernizing of furniture or decor, etc..)

Great Location!

Anytime I come to Charlotte to hang out downtown or go to events at Time Warner, I stay at the Omni. It is within walking distance of so many great restaurants, bars, etc. Highly recommended.

Perfect Location and Price

Everything is what you would typically expect from an Omni hotel. The staff was very friendly and helped in any way they could. There was only one incidence where people were screaming and laughing loudly in the hallway around 3:30am on Saturday night, so maybe they should have a quiet hours sign or something. Also, the breakfast restaurant buffet is really expensive for what they offer. They charge $19 per person and should really be more around $14 fro what they offer at hotel prices. Other than that everything worked out quite well. Lastly, their new breakfast drink room service is great (all inclusive). If you want fresh coffee or juice left in front of your door at a certain time it is great. I would stay there again for the same price.

Business Trip..boo

Paid one of the top rates for Charlotte only to get a bizarre room layout, i.e. TV about 25 feet from the bed, had to squint. Weird little kitchen, and small bathroom. I just wanted a normal room...was this a suite? If so, I was not impressed. Plus, no movies to order even though they have the system in place. Not working yet. Plus housekeeping rapped on my door at 8:40am....what the heck? Isn't checkout at noon?
