Four-Diamond service adjacent to shops and restaurants
Four-Diamond pampering is the aim of staff at Omni Charlotte Hotel. In addition to a rooftop pool, posh rooms and a 24/7 fitness center, the hotel is steps away from more specialty stores, dining and cultural attractions than most guests can cover in one visit. A skywalk leads to the Overstreet Mall and the hub of Uptown Charlotte nightlife, the EpiCentre. Out the front door, make the short walk to museums, sports events, the financial district or the convention center. Visit Illume Bistro for Italian cuisine or the lounge for late-night cocktails.

Wonderful anniversary trip
This hotel was quite accomaditing. They allowed both an early check in and late check out. They also upgraded our room when we realized the noise from some clubs at the Epicentre across the street was keeping us awake and gave us coupons for free breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The staff was pleasant and professional, and you can't beat the amazing location of the hotel.

The hotel is nice on the outside and very conveniently located to everything downtown. However, for some reason, they did not have a fridge or microwave in the room. I assumed that was standard. The room wasn't anything spectacular either.

Great Place
I really enjoyed my stay here especially since it's right downtown, but the prices of some of their services were through the roof. Nonetheless, I would stay here again in a minute!

Good place for a short stay
Gave specific instructions that late night dinner be served to my room by 4.30am so as to enable me start the fase(Ramadam) but no food ever came as i got up only by 6am. The food was meant to wake me up by 4.30am.

Charlotte Trip
I booked a King Sized room and got a Suite. Sounded good. However, the bed was a Murphy Bed and Queen sized. The bed was 3 inches off the floor and about three inches thick. Not comfortable at all and when I asked for a new room, I was told there were no others available. The walls are very thin as I heard discussions at 3am from BOTH sides of my room. Overall, not a great stay.

Wonderful Family Getaway
The Omni Hotel in Uptown Charlotte, NC. was a great place to stay. The location was excellent and allowed us to take advantage of all the sites and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel staff were professional, helpful and knowledgeable. They provided us with excellent service and directions to places we wanted to visit.
