Great Hotel!

I came to Charlotte for an overnight trip to attend a concert. This was a great hotel stay! The only (minor) issue I had was ... that the bathroom was small. I really enjoyed the self-checkin. We were in a hurry and it was good to check in quickly without seeming rude. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. The continental breakfast was good and plentiful. I'd definitely stay here again!

I was flying and getting to and from the hotel to the Charlotte airport was hard both on the way out and back. Detours were a ... part of that, but they were long term road works and having an easily available map to help me sort the confusion in the dark trips would have been a great help. I missed the flight out and struggled to find the hotel after returning from Japan at 12Mid. The help was knowledgeable and friendly. The rooms were nice and new. There was some food available for purchase: sandwiches, omelets, etc. That's good because there were very few decent restaurants around near-by.

If you are flying, make sure of your route for the next months. Poorly lit roads, large detours, lack of adequate signage and not much proactive help from the hotel.

Large clean room. Handicapped accessible. Problems with door handles that is on several rooms. You can only turn one way ... (up) to open the room, had to get help to figure out the trick. Bathroom was plain compared to rest of room, possibly due to handicap accessibility. Not sure why the decorators do that.

I've stayed at this Hyatt location a few times already and I love their king suite rooms. The rooms are spacious, clean, and ... comfortable. The best feature has to be the TV, it has HDMI, AV, S-video cables which can connect to your laptop (if you have the cables). The staff are attentive and courteous. Their selection of food and beverages is also very good. I would definitely recommend Hyatt in general. I had a great stay!

I've never stayed at a Hyatt Place before. Never even heard of it. But, Hyatt has created a perfect brand for the business ... traveller. The concept is amazing and I will ALWAYS check to see if there is a Hyatt Place wherever I travel for business from here on. Fantastic staff, immaculately cleaned, spacious rooms and a 42" HD television!! Beware though: no room service.

Room was comfy and clean. Smelled very fresh. Super nice room for the $$. I have paid alot more for alot lesser quality. ... Definately a great place to stay. If i'm ever in Charlotte again, I'll stay at Hyatt Place.

"WOW" Wonderful

As soon as we walk thru the door walk up to the counter I knew we were in a great place. The desk clerk was very nice and ... polite. He checked us in to our room. We ask him were could we eat at. He not only gave us directions we went to the website and gave us the address so we could use the GPS. We told him why we where there (a friend of ours past away) he wrote us a letter and took it to the room before we returned from getting something to eat. I will stay at the Hyatt again!!!!!!!

The holel was a staging area to see 6 Universities in 4 days. Should have looked harder at location. Greensboro would have ... been perfect. Hotel though was very nice, clean, great continental breakfast, nice staff.

We just stayed overnight, and got a shuttle to the airport in Charlotte. It was great to be able to leave my car in the ... parking lot for a week for free. That was worth the price of the hotel for one night!

We were presently surprised with the modern decor throughout the hotel. It made the hotel feel warm and inviting. The walls ... were well insulated. We didn't hear any noise from our neighbors. To sum it up, we had a relaxing time in a very clean, comfortable establishment. Also, the large TV was a great touch. We look forward to visiting again!

booked hotel for three 17 year olds practicing for a modeling/fashion show. The girls loved it...room was ... wonderful...extremely clean--they loved wide screen television, fridge and the beds. Excellent value and wonderful decor. Staff was extremely nice. There was a family reunion going on--lots of people checking in---staff members were extremely efficient & helpful to everyone.

The room was spacious and the atmosphere was aesthetically pleasing. I guess they just remodeled, and even the soap dishes ... looked neat. The 40+ inch LCD television was magnificent. The room had a large couch with a pull-out bed and ottoman, a mini fridge, and a desk. This hotel was very comfortable, and I would stay there again in a heart beat. There was free wireless internet, but I didn't have a chance to try it out. I didn't have a chance to use the pool or fitness room either, but the fitness room looked decent. It had several elliptical machines and treadmills and was stocked with towels. There was also a restaurant that served a variety of foods and beverages 24 hours/day.

When I booked this room from Canada I was told we could use the shuttle to get to the light rail station. They said they ... couldn't help us. Had I known this I would have booked elsewhere as we were going to a convention downtown. The majority of the staff were unfriendly and it seemed like we were putting them out. Finally, the tub and bathroom floor had small hairs throughout. So many in the tub I wouldn't use the shower!! They left the toilet paper almost empty after with no refills. Never Again!
