convenient and comfortable

amenities were very accommodating. pet fee is cheaper than most hotels and has a fenced in area to let you dogs loose. will use this hotel in the future

Functional and convenient

This was a handy place to crash before an early flight out of CLT. The airport is barely a mile away, which was my main criterion. That said, the rooms were a bit dated, with older TVs and faded materials, but quite functional, and there's the standard assortment of gym, business room, pool, etc. A good value, overall.

Good value

Overnight stay to catch an early flight the next day. Location perfect for going to the airport. Ate dinner and breakfast in hotel restaurant. Dinner selection somewhat limited, but OK.

Great location and friendly staff

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and quiet, and transportation to airport was a big plus. We would definitely stay again.

Helpful Staff

I found the staff at the Holiday Inn/Charlotte Conference Center very friendly and helpful. We had everything that we needed and the staff made us feel very comfortable.
