Downtown Convenience

This was a great location for proximity to restaurants and entertainment venues. It is a little hard to get to since it is on the corner of two one-way streets so you better have your route planned before you come. Also, it cost $18.00 a day to park which is not something you plan on when you make reservations. The girl behind the desk when we arrived was curt and not helpful with directions. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable and attractive and I would recommend it.

Too hot in the rooms at night

Air conditioning does not go below so-called 60 and they could not do anything about it but lend me a tiny fan. Otherwise, good service. Wifi appreciated.

Nightmare!!

I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. I was concentrating on my work and had "Do not distrub" sign on for a couple of days. The front manager left me a bunch messages to contact her. I called and left her a message not to disturb me again. Then, another big time manager called and emailed me to contact him. I was wondering what I did wrong. I tried to contact them to get the bottom of all this "contact them". They both were unavailable. Either they were too busy to pick up a phone or just to annoy me.

Great Weekend Getaway

The hotel was extremely comfortable with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. The valet parking was cheaper than self-parking, so we took advantage of it. Our car was always brought around very promptly. The location is fantastic: right in the heart of downtown. I was a bit disappointed that you have to pay a small fee to use the pool (at the adjoining YMCA), so we skipped it. Otherwise, though, a perfect hotel. We'll certainly stay again!

Luxurious Center City Hotel

I stayed at the Charlotte Center City Hilton while attending a conference at the adjacent Convention Center. The staff was friendly and eager to assist, and the room was comfortable, beautiful, spacious, and equipped with all amenities. Excellent shopping and restaurants were within walking distance.

Hilton Charlotte Center City hotel

My room was clean. It would have been nice to have a plastic glass in the bathroom to rinse with instead of having to move one of the two glasses on the desk to the bathroom and then find that sometime the glass in the bathroom was removed a two new glasses placed on the desk.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable

Really convenient to convention center with comfortable bar/restaurant in large, spacious lobby. Nice layout of rooms for privacy when staying in a hotel with dozens of people you know. Beautiful health club (YMCA) but sadly not open past 9 pm.

Great location, great price.

Traveled for pleasure. Hotel was clean and beautiful. Price was fair but parking price as a bit steep. This is the third time I stayed at this hotel and I definitely will do so again.
