OK for a cheap airport hotel
You get what you pay for for $40. They only run the shuttle to pick you up at the airport once an hour so I waited close to 45 minutes to get picked up. If I had known, I might have taken a cab. The room was OK, nothing special....reasonably clean and decent. Free wireless had decent signal strength which was appreciated and increasingly rare. Fast service at the front desk. The morning buffet was a bit pedestrian but Waffle house is a block away if you need something huskier. I would definitely come back if I had to do another layover for a night, but not much more than that.

Ideal for short business
Very clean and location is very good near to the airport and they have a free shuttle.The ice machine dont work most of the time and breakfast end too soon at 8:30am

Airport p/u lacked skills
I phoned from the airport and was told the van would be leaving in 10 minutes. Since the hotel is less than 5 minutes from the airport I got worried after half an hour and called again. Same story - he'll be there right away. I waited another 10 minutes and then caught a cab. I'd already paid for the room or I'd have gone somewhere else just on principle. Bad first impression - otherwise the room was pretty good.

Fantastic location for travelers to Charlotte
My experience was excellent. The cost was reasonable and the amenities provided were adequate. Most importantly, the staff was very courteous. i would rate them A+

Good stay for a short visit.
Phone didn't work in my room. Wasn't there long enough for it to matter. There was not a TV remote in the room. Had to go down to the front desk since the phone didn't work. They gave me one that did work. Breakfast was good!! All else was satisfactory.
