It was great!
The staff was great. The breakfast was a happy surprise and the bed was wonderful!! The only thing bad was the heater in the pool was out. But that was the ONLY complaint!

COMFORT SUITES CHARLOTTE
Excellent with everything very affordable. With everything except the continental breakfast eggs were powdered or just very watery and not appealing at all. menu very limited. but over all very nice hotel

Smoky hotel
Our room and the breakfast area were clean but there was a constant smell of cigarette smoke in the halls and common areas. Our room was across the hall from the staff's room and they were noisy and smoking with their door ajar. Staff was also smoking at the front door with the doors open so the smoke was coming into the hotel. The staff was otherwise friendly and helpful and even got us bottled water from another vending machine when the public vending machine was empty.

Nice, decent room and stay
The room was fairly nice. Nice kitchen area big bed, nothing was wrong with the room itself. We went early march and it was freezing outside, but in the room it got warm near the bed, and the AC unit wouldnt turn on cool since it was on the other side of the room and was cooler on that side. Im not allergic to anything, but I had a few pillows to start with and my nose was stuffy and I threw some aside and finally slept better and good breathe. Overall it was a decent hotel room with extra ammenities and not bad for the price.

comfort suites CLT
complementary breakfast was fair-definitely not fancy or extravagant.staff was friendly and helpful. conveniently located near airport which is in bad neighborhood. a nearby hotel was robbed during my stay.

Ok for the price
It was very confusing to get to the hotel. You have to go out of your way to do a u-turn to get to the other side of the median. The layout of the room was nice and the beds were great and really comfortable. The only things that were bad about the room was the huge gap in the door allowing everyone in the hallway to gaze in. The sink also leaked from the pipes underneath.
