Comfort Inn Executive Park

The initial room was on a lower floor an noisey. Easily they accomodated a change. The new room was fine, not in the best of repair, stained ceiling, chipped furniture and walls, adaquately - not great - cleaned. Included breakfast, fine, but one day of a 5 days stay they could not find anyone to put our coffee (promoted as available 24 hours a day)

This is a trip for the children from FL to MA avoiding the I-95 hussle and bussle. The hotel, Comfort Inn, Executive Park,my Mom found us on [...] was an EXCEPTIONAL VALUE! We only stayed the one night but it was convenient to several chain restaurants, convenient to the highway, easy to get to, most comfortable beds, quiet, staff friendly, extremely clean rooms and bathrooms. Definately worth $59/per night plus taxes, fees! We have it saved for the next trip we take. [...]

Great, small hotel! Friendly and helpful front desk clerk. Very clean and comortable! Close enough to the mall for a fun day of shopping and dining without the nose of being in the busiest part of town.

This Comfort Inn Executive Park was nothing like what I was used to when I have stayed at other Comfort Inn's in the past. First off, the exterior grounds were very unkempt, trash in the parking lot, the staff was not rude, but definitely not welcoming nor friendly, one of the elevators was broken, my room had only 1 working lamp, all the other bulbs were out,and the bathroom was filthy. The toilet looked like it had not even been scrubbed as rings and streaks were present, the shower curtain was ripped, there were hairs all over the sink that could have easily been wiped out, the Kleenex box was empty, floor and ceiling cracks and a very musty, smoky smell even though this was supposedly a NON-smoking room and over by the table and stained chairs there was food/crumbs on the floor. After being moved to another room down the hall, this room was not much better. One bed was lopsided, and this toilet leaked and ran every 20 minutes. Frustrated and tired I did not ask to be moved again and just stayed. I would NEVER stay there again.

Check-in and out was very fast. Room was clean - basic.

First of all, if I could upload pictures of this place. You would be horrified. I had no choice to stay any other place due to a convention in town. I arrived at the hotel around 1 pm. The only room available was a handicap room. Great. The room had plaster on walls that were not painted the Air cleaner was still in the room. The A/C unit was noisy and the bed felt icky. I an not an elitist but come on the place was flithy. I would NOT recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

The room was very dirty, ac did not work so had to relocate to another room which was also dirty & you could see where the sheet rock had been repaired, which we have pictures of. I would not recommend this motel to any one. also I am going to write the motels corporate office about this. I feel we were over charged for what we got and I am very unhappy with my stay @ the motel.

The Excutive comfort inn: One fault was when the cleaning people arrive they did not replace the toilet or tissue paper one had to go down stairs and request it from the front desk. With other Hotels around the Imediate area how can this kind of service be offered?

Had Problems with the rooms, was moved into three different rooms. They need to do some serious remodeling due to the hotel is very old. The bathroom have stains that can not be removed and the tile on the wall needed to be replaced. The bed was not stable. I only stayed one night so it served its purpose.
