beat-proof on low cost self-maintenance
Lost my I-Phone; it was found by a tenant and left for me with the, in every way, supportive staff. We were impressed by the VERY low cost, super clean accommodations that included a full kitchen; obviating the need to search for local restaurants, though they existed aplenty in the nearby area. Also close by is the new IKEA -wow what a place for shopping, and, of course, UNCC. This is about 15 to 20 minute driving time from uptown Charlotte. A really large gym is joined by a vending machine are that works on the honor system!

Great Stay
Hotel was quiet, staff very helpful, rooms did need some upgrading. Flooring needed upgrading. Had a fridge, small stove, microwave.

Quiet and comfortable
The hotel was not easy to find. Once I got there everything was fine. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was outfitted with a small kitchen that included a refrigerator, microwave, stove top and dish washer as well as enough utensils and pans to easily heat up leftovers or cook a simple meal. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. I would stay there again because it is off the highway just enough that you don't hear the traffic and the area felt safe for a single traveler. Every room was sold out the night I stayed at the hotel because of the NCAA basketball game in Charlotte. If it was going to be noisy, that was a night that could have been annoying to a light sleeper. I also get tired of eating out and like to bring some food from home. It was nice to have the option.

Lots of choices within a one to four mile radius. Also, a huge outlet mall up the highway about ten minutes from the hotel.
