Best Hotel Experience
This was our first time staying at a Candlewood. It was so nice. The staff was inviting and welcoming. It was like they were inviting you into their home. We would recommend them to anyone who is traveling for a short or an extended stay. It is an extended stay hotel but they treated you like family. The best was the front desk clerk, Charles W. He is awesome - funny, helpful, and knowledgeable. Such a delight. Next time we need to stay in Charlotte, We're staying here.

I had the best experience at Candlewoods. The hotel was clean on the inside and outside. The staff was great and personable. I would recommend for anyone to stay at the Candlewoods; great place, great location, and great price.

Fabulous getaway

Great extended stay room
Nice size room, with ample work desk, including cable and dailup internet connections. Full kitchen with microwave and dish washer, and stove. You could prepare full meals there. Comfortable bed and recliner chair. Room was very clean. Great towels in the bathroom. One of the best extended stay rooms i have been in. Highly recommended.

Ideal between NC/SC
Great value for the money. Effective front desk, very good furnishings, Internet, quick access to main highway yet sufficiently "hidden" for quiet quality. Very happy with the choice for the money.

What a great place
I spent alot of time looking for a nice place for a weekend getaway. The reviews provided by other travelers had alot to do with my selection of this hotel. My flight arrived early but I was able to check in early. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The suite was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The internet was simple to connect. I have absolutely no complaints. I would recommend that they update their comforters. I travel alot but this was my first time to Charlotte. I will definately go back and would recommend Candlewood to my friends and family.

Great Deal!
I was very impressed by the hotel. There was a dishwasher in the room as well as pots, pans, measuring cups, toaster, etc. The set up of the room was really great too. The bed was extremely comfortable. It felt just as comfortable as my bed at home. I've stayed in many extended stay hotels in the charlotte area and this was the best deal for the price. I will stay here again and again!
