Sheraton Chapel Hill Hotel

I received a good price for the club floor so stayed there. The club lounge was open 24 hours, but food service was usually about 15 to 30 minutes late. If you have an early flight, don't expect breakfast on time. Also, it would be nice to have newspapers in the lounge rather than having to go down to first floor. But it was a quiet floor, the room was great and all the staff very helpful and good-natured. The fitness room is lacking. It needs a weight machine.

Beds are very comfortable, staff is nice, $8 breakfast buffet is decent also. Only about 2 miles outside of the UNC campus which was great.

The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly at the front desk. The only problem was that the cleaning staff were very loud in the morning talking in the hallway and woke people up. Other than that the stay was great.

I stayed for half a month before my relocation to a school dormitory of UNC. I was satisfied with the very friendly and supportive staffs. This hotel has a great access to UNC. They have a free shuttle service and they took me to the school every morning, taking less than 15 minutes. You can also ask them to pick you up from a location to the hotel. However, since the number of the shuttle is limited, I recommend you to make reservations in advance. As a preferred guest, I was able to utilize its lounge to have breakfast. They serve starbucks coffee, juice, milk, fresh fruits, breads, yogurt, cereals, etc. You may wish to have extra meals (for extra charges) at a restaurant adjacent to the hotel. You can also enjoy Chinese foods at the Hong Kong Buffet, 5 minutes walk from the hotel. If you walk 15 minutes, you will get to a shopping mall where you can buy a wide variety of goods and services.

I was traveling to pick up my daughter at Duke University - so I was just looking for a relaxing evening the night before. The room was a little small, but since it was just me -not a big deal - the bed was a DREAM - just perfection!! Dinner at Shula's was DELICIOUS -pricey but way worth it!!Room service for breakfast-Great. Only complaint was the pool not opened. Guest service - friendly, professional, excellent!!

Everything was perfect. About 1 mile from I 40. I slept well and they offered everything I needed.

I love this hotel. It offers everything I need for work and play. The Shuttle takes me to the Friday Center and Franklin Street. They have a great business center where everything is free. Wifi, and local phone are also free. EVERYTHING in this hotel seems brand new.

Good Meeting facilities for medium size audience. Easy to get to andf located near shopping areas for non-business guests who have time to kill. Rooms neat, staff friendly.

This hotel has rooms off of the main floor which let to some added noise. Otherwise, it's a nice place to stay and convenient to area restaurants. The Shula grill had a decent buffet for breakfast which was reasonable. Lunch was ok but nothing special. The gym had plenty of cardio machines but only barbells for weights.

A clean modern hotel with comfortable beds and a very friendly staff made this a great experience. Within minutes of UNC Chapel Hill made this very convenient. The hotel restaurant is very pricey, but looked very good.
