Great Hotel for Business and Pleasure
Great hotel, clean, professional staff, close proximity to UNC and Duke, Chapel Hill has many amenities, great daily hot breakfast -- the one and only hope for improvement is that the front desk was fairly unwilling (and somewhat unfriendly on our last day) to accommodate a delayed checkout time of about 30 minutes due to a late morning session at UNC Chapel Hill. This was at the end of a 2 week stay at the hotel...

Friendly, clean, spacious
Stayed for one night in a 1 Bedroom with 2 queen beds. The room was very clean and quiet. A respectable breakfast buffet available in the morning. Overall we are very satisfied with out stay.

Residence Inn Marriott Chapel Hill NC
Check in was quick and the arrival pleasant. The staff were very friendly. Our room was spacious, well appointed and had plenty of lighting for reading. Our TV did not function but was fixed within 10 minutes call to the front desk. Delightful stay.

clean; question "accessible"
This hotel was very clean and the accomodations were good. The staff were friendly and helpful. We require an accessible room for a person with limited mobility and were given a room on the third floor, far away from the parking lot or anything else. This person is in a wheelchair and uses a walker; stairs are out of the question - how would we have been able to handle an emergency should the elevators not been in use? The room was large and well-equipped, however its location is questionable.
