Nice friendly place to stay.
My husband and I picked this for a weekend shopping getaway. It's a bit out of the way, but with GPS finding shopping was not difficult. Staff was friendly and hot breakfast a great value. I like the kitchen where you can save leftovers and just have extra goodies available. One note, all around it says they are green friendly; I left our towels on racks and maid still changed them. I did mention this to front desk and they said they would let housekeeping know.

Convenient Location and Good Price
The number one reason we chose this hotel was the ability to walk to an event at Koka Booth Amphitheater. Even in the heat, the walk was close and easy. The hotel was clean and quiet...surprisingly so as we were told they were completely booked. We didn't have the chance to use many hotel amenities, but we enjoyed the stay.

Great Place
The hotel was clean, easy to find, and the rooms were spacious. The complimentary breakfast was really nice and the staff was friendly. Our only complaint is that when we booked [...] there was no mention of the $100 pet fee in addition to the nightly rate. This increased our cost by 50% and was not a fun surprise when we arrived.

Great Value and a nice breakfast
The room size was quite large and well kept. We got there Thursday and was treated to a "BBQ Pork Sandwiche's",salad and drinks. The pork was pretty nasty but it was gratious. The hot and cold breakfast buffet was very good especially the make your own waffle area. They could use another waffle making machine thou to lessen wait time. I would recommed and would return to this Residence Inn.
