Family moving weekend
Room was very comfortable and very clean. Location was convenient for us. Hot breakfast was exactly as advertised and good. Only comment would be that the staff took quite a while to restock some of the breakfast items during a busy time

Comfortable Hotel for Business Traveler
I was there for business. Comfortable room, effective and free wireless Internet (no unexpected disconnections). Really liked having a refrigerator (empty - not filled with stuff they are trying to sell you at inflated prices) and microwave in the room. The included breakfast is OK. Nothing special, but they have the basics - yogart, cereal, hot breakfast sandwiches, etc. Only complaint is the TV channels are relatively limited and there are no pay-per-view movies or a DVD player.

Comfort Suites Cary, NC
I was very happy with my stay at the Comfort Suite in Cary, NC. I room included everything that I needed during my week long stay. I was also very happy with the indoor pool/hot tub. The Social hour was awesome and included food, drinks, and snacks.

Staff friendly and helpful, room cleanliness decent. Other than that, nothing good to say. Facilities aging and a bit ratty. No AC in elevators is seriously low-rent. Indoor pool is tiny and way over clorinated. Beds too soft, towels thin and scratchy. At least two busloads of children's sports teams meant kids running up and down hallways and swarming like locusts at breakfast buffet, which was truly appaling. I won't be going back.

adequate but not well managed
Good location for purposes of my visit as were several competitors in same cost range. They were not ready for early check in as had been arranged via telephone with their staff. Room available was not accessable as we had reserved. Desk staff failed to post points to my Choice Privileges customer rewards account. Building was noisy, but from adjajcent freeway and within the structure - poor accoustic insulation and very live sound transfer.

Short drive from hotel
Many places of all kinds to eat, but required a short drive, as were several shopping centers. Convnenient to US1, IS64, NC55, cary, Apex, Durham, Raleigh and on the road west towards Asheboro and Charlotte.

We arrived late. One room the pillow cases were dirty and when asked to have them changed, there was not a staff member on to bring up the pillow cases. The young lady was very nice and apologetic. The pool was great except the cholrine level was much too high.

Very family friendly
Very nice, clean hotel for the money. Liked the fact it was a short distance from the interstate but far enough so you could enjoy the quiet setting.

Family friendly except for.....
We did have a few complaints about the hotel. My sister's room had a malfunctioning air conditioner and way too soft, fluffy pillows for them to enjoy sleeping on. Also, the pool was completely over-chlorinated. The whole room burned your eyes when you walked in, so we didn't let our children swim in the pool. The rest of the stay was wonderful - the hotel is so pretty and clean. The breakfasts in the morning were terrific too.

O'Charley's restaurant is a walk down the road from the hotel and food is great. Also, the children eat for FREE!!
