great staff, location etc.
Very good, that's why I keep staying here. My only complaint is that they raised their prices. I always enjoy staying here though. They have a full free hot breakfast which has dramatically gotten better which is real nice and saves you money whether your by yourself and will really save you money if ur travelling with kids. I'll always come back because they treat me so well. Found my jewel in Cary. nc.

Nice place to stay.
It was a quiet room. Room was clean, breakfast was fine. Recently remodeled. Reasonable price. Would stay there again.

overpriced for what you get
This dump is basically a truck stop with 18 wheelers parked in the front occupying auto parking spaces. The tub drain backep up. Cleanliness is next to nill. The North Carolina gave this place a 90% cleanliness rating. If you live in the Carolinas this is a pretty low rating. I guess, if you have to stay overnight in Raleigh, you will need to pay more $$ for standard motel/hotel amenities. I would question the hotel star ratings of orbitz anytime.

Good Experience
I only stayed there one night at the middle of my trip. I had a very good experience for this trip, and staffs from Best Western were nice and helpful.

Not great for handicapped people
This hotel has no elevator and there were stairs everywhere. I had a feeling that the better rooms were on the 2nd floor, but there were 2 flights of steep stairs in order to get there. Our vehicle had broken down the day we were supposed to check in and had already paid for 2 nights. We only stayed the 1 night after our car was fixed and we were able to make it there. So, it was a bit of a disappointment not to have a better experience after a troubled journey. However, all in all, not a bad hotel. Even if you are not handicapped....don't bring a lot of luggage...because the stairs will kill you if you have much to carry. We even thought that perhaps another entrance would be easier, but there were long staircases at those entrances as well. This is obviously an older hotel and everything is not completely up to date, but it was clean and comfortable.
