Pretty bad but cheap rate
My room wasn't clean and there was a horrible odor from carpet that had been wet, apparently for some time. This was a last minute book while on the road and there was not much else to choose from. Unless you really need to stay in this price range, you probably would be better served looking elsewhere.

You get what you pay for
Over all the room was small but clean. We didnt have room service, and we had a one day supply of towels to last for 3 days.Front desk worker said all their towels were in the washer this was at 8am upon arrival back from ball game they were completly out, but Luckliy I check out some reviews on the motel and took extra towels from home.

try getting a towel
THe staff was unfriendly. two of us were staying in the room with one set of towels. WhenI phoned the desk for another set. They did not believe us and relutantly gave us towels. THE NExt night we had the same problem. I will never stay at this hotel again

My review of Americas Best Value Inn - Burlington
I would not recommned this hotel for anyone that wants the usual amenities of the averge hotel. It is in poor condition and we had problems with the air conditoning and the card keys. I can only say that you if you want a cheap room this is what you get. To quote you only get what you pay for. I am very disatisfied.
