Easy one night stay
I just needed a comfortable place to stay for a night before moving into my new apartment. Comfort Suites is a beautiful hotel, and every member of the staff is fantastically helpful and nice. I have stayed at this same hotel several times before, and I have always had a quality experience.

Our new favorite place to stay in Boone!
We visit Boone often, but this was our first time staying at Comfort Suites. We had seen pictures on the website, but they didn't come close to what was actually there!! A comfortable bed, hot breakfast, and two-story lobby with a huge fireplace is just the beginning! We had everything we needed and more! Since it was Thanksgiving, Christmas decos were up already and that just added to the magic of it - add in a little snow from heaven - sit with a cup of coffee in front of that rock fireplace...perfect!!!

Convenient Hotel
We stayed here overnight after the APP football game. Very convenient to the stadium. Lots of App fans were here but it was very quite. The only problem was traffic was heavy on the highway and we had a difficult time getting out of the parking lot.

was just ok
My husband ran the grandfather mountain marathon and the kids and I met up with him afterwards. We went to grandfather mountain the day of the marathon and stayed for the night. We rented the suite so our son could sleep on the sofa bed and our daughter would have her own bed,but when my husband tried to set up the sofa bed we discovered it was broken. The following morning we went down for free breakfast between 8:30am and 8:45am and discovered that there was scrambled eggs, ham bits(tiny pcs of overly salted ham),mini donuts,3 types of cereal(raisin brand, cheerios, sugar flakes),plain cold bagels, orange and apple juice, coffee, waffles and oatmeal(plain and apple cinnamin). My husband and son liked the make your own belgium waffles though.I really missed the yogurt and fresh fruit that is usually offered as a continental breakfast! =-( We then proceeded to our room gathered our belongings and checked out at which time I did mention the broken sofabed and the young lady at the front desk offered a $25.00 reduction on the rental fee, which was very nice but then it took her another 20 mins or more to try to figure out how to deduct this from bill.I hope she will get the bill correct or I will have to call to fix the problem...major inconvenience.

Convenient to ASU and downtown Boone
We enjoyed playing air hockey in the game room. For dinner, we just walked a few steps outside the door to Troy's diner. For a moderate priced chain hotel, Comfort Suites ranks high on our list.

Excellent stay
Comfort Suites was very comfortable and welcoming. Check in was extremely easy and took me less than a minute. Our room was quite large and comfortable. Everything was clean and inviting. When we needed desk assistance with a key, the staff was very helpful and double checked to see if everything was ok. The location was central to the activities we had planned. We will definitely stay there again.

Great Location, Great Value
The Comfort Suites is the best hotel closest to App State University -- rooms are enormous, clean and well-appointed. Although the rates are already competitive, the ample free breakfast (with surprisingly large choice of items) adds a lot to the value.

Good for vacationers
Confortable for couples just visiting the area. It is not recommended for business people requiring lots of working type furniture. I had to make a space for my laptop in an unfortable area.Nice to have wifi. It has microwave and small refrigerator. I has a very limited fitness room: not much use for some one serious about working out. It has a very nice indoor pool great for kids. Excellant full breakfast. Saves money in this resort/college town.`
