Great hotel for Sugar ski trip.
Not easy to find. GPS took us to the wrong place, and turn/driveway was not marked. But once we got there we were pleased with our room and service. Would recommend.

The Floridian
Great value, great service
We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful at answering any questions. Sheila, who takes care of the morning breakfast was great, always looking to see how she could assist. Defenitively will go back when we're in Boone

Great location to downtown Boone, NC
Really enjoyed the large area just off of the lobby. Plenty of tables and chairs for the free breakfast or to sit around the fireplace and read a book.

Great Winter Visit
The hotel is located right across from a shopping center, and is located very close to all of the local restaurants and Appalachian State University. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had a great stay there!

Would go back
Myself and my six year old son stayed for a long weekend. I picked this hotel because of it's indoor pool and was not disappointed. The continental breakfast was perfect for us and overall I would recommend this hotel and intend on returning. My only complaint is that the air quality is a bit poor, as we would both wake quite congested, having slept without the ac or the heat on.
