Minutes from Downtown Asheville and Biltmore, the Residence Inn Asheville Biltmore Hotel places the best of Marriott Hotels into a family friendly, home away from home setting. One that always feels restful, well thought out and easy. We offer 72 studio and one or two bedroom guest suites, tailored to you - whether you're traveling for business or pleasure. Suites come with fully equipped kitchens, living areas and full bath(s) with separate vanities. In fact, our rooms are 50% larger than most. Nineteen even come with fireplaces and some with Temper-Pedic beds (by request only). We've taken great care to make you feel welcome. In fact, even your best friend, Fido is welcome. Our hotel is pet-friendly because friendly is our rule. An evening social is provided three nights a week just to help you get to know your fellow travelers. Asheville stay

Everything about the hotel was great except the fitness facility wasn't in great working condition and VERY small. The pool area was also small, but it was clean and bright. The front desk people were extremely helpful. The continental breakfast was excellent! We would definitely return.

Everything we were looking for

Hotel was very convenient for visiting Biltmore Estate. We stayed here overnight for one of the Biltmore concerts and a tour of the estate the next day. Room was everything we expected, staff at front desk was very friendly when checking in/out. Only complaint was not having enough towels in room for the whole family, but did not ask for more. Overall, a great weekend and good place to stay. Room was clean and quiet even with a wedding party staying there.

Residence Inn Asheville Biltmore

Attended Lacrosse Tournament and Asheville Festival. The location was convenient for both. The hotel rooms were clean, and the amenities were very adequate.
