Stayed One Night

Great Location and Friendly Service
My boyfriend and I stayed here when we went to see The Biltmore in December. The hotel and room were very clean and the staff was very friendly! We opted out of trying the "spa/hot tub" area mainly because we were so tired, but it seemed very nice and clean. They don't have fruit or juice out during the day, but they do make cookies in the afternoon/evening and they have coffee throughout the day. Breakfast was great! Eggs, bacon/sausage, biscuits and excellent gravy, cereal, milk, juice, oatmeal, grits, fruit, coffee ... it was great! If you plan on visiting the nearby mall, don't bother. The stores are only half occupied and the movie theater there has older movies. Location to downtown and to the Biltmore is great though! It was pretty nice and we plan on staying here again the next time we visit.

We ate at Salsa's and Tupelo Honey Cafe downtown and they were excellent! Must eat at locations! Hint: Don't go during rush hour lunch or dinner! You will have to wait a while. At Tupelo, make reservations if you plan on going during rush hour!

No Four Points Again
I'll book it again!
This hotel was VERY nice! The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast bar had a great selection. The pricing was reasonable. I will stay here again when I travel through Asheville.

I'm happy with the hotel
Had a great time!
The staff was really nice in giving me directions and I had a easy no hasle check in and out! I would stay there again and the hotel was in the middle of a lot of the attractions!! Nice and thank you!

Nice Hotel
The hotel was very clean and all of the staff friendly. The free Breakfast was actually not bad. They had this pancake machine and my husband just loved them. I would have given it 5 stars if it were closer to downtown Asheville. But still only 10 -15 mins away. I would stay here again.

Good choice
Great location close to Biltmore and downtown Asheville, and just down the road from the Farmers' Market. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Breakfast was hot and better than most continental breakfasts. More fresh fruit would have been nice though.
