Okay Hotel
Water in the toilet bowl was too high. Hotel could not get it lower. Made it hard to use the toilet! Alarm clock did not work, set it and after a while it started flashing again. Hotel person looked at it but could not fix it. However, the room was very nice, clean, newer bedding, bathroom grout in great shape, nice shower. Small refrigerator was a good convenience. Would stay there again.

perfect Asheville Hotel
got to the hotel late and there were hundreds of kids in the lobby I just knew that I was not going to get any sleep, however the staff did a great job of keeping them under control and I really enjoyed the stay, rooms were clean nice showers,had a great stay.

What a beautiful hotel! Excellent place
I wish I had more time to stay in Asheville and at this hotel. Everything was great and the hotel is beautiful!

Holiday Inn Asheville -
Location was excellent; hotel staff less then friendly. We were under the belief that the breakfast is free, NOT the case - $8.00 per person. The complimentary coffee was awful, no hot tea or any other substitute available. The hotel notes computers (plural) available on the ground floor - there is one and the printer did not work. We checked out a day early.

Good sleep at a decent price
Great bed, quiet room, convenient to town. Check in was easy and breakfast buffet was fresh and appetizing (though not included in room price). As it was only a one night stay with late check in, we didn't have time to check out the amenities (indoor pool, workout room, etc.), but it was great for getting a good night's rest and a hearty breakfast.

Cold but comfortable
We had a great day at the Biltmore Estate but a dissapointing experience at our hotel. The beds were very comfortable is the only good thing we have to say about the Holiday Inn Biltmore West. The computers were down so it took forever to check in, there weren't any pool towels to try to warm up after our dip in the cold pool and "hot" tub.

Happy Group
Everything was very nice here. A group of us went snowboarding and a nice dip in the hot tub afterward pretty much summed up our experience here. Thanks to all who made it possible
